Avez-vous vu ces images idylliques de paddle boarders dans des endroits pittoresques ? Une silhouette ombragée de pagaie et de personne contre un horizon teinté de coucher de soleil ? Eh bien, c'est le moment idéal pour venir essayer par vous-même le sport nautique qui connaît la croissance la plus rapide au monde ! Les objectifs viennent rapidement avec le stand up paddle, et nous vous garantissons de vous faire naviguer sur la côte dès votre première session. Notre leçon et visite de SUP a été conçue pour vous enseigner de nombreuses compétences de base, notamment comment : lancer et atterrir, se lever et s'équilibrer, tenir votre pagaie, effectuer des mouvements de base et comment effectuer des changements de direction. En plus de ces nouvelles compétences techniques, nous souhaitons également vous donner les outils pour pratiquer ce sport comme un nouveau passe-temps passionnant. Cela signifie pouvoir juger des meilleures conditions météorologiques, de vent et de vagues ; une compétence avec laquelle nos instructeurs veilleront à ce que vous soyez à l'aise. Nos instructeurs expérimentés vous raconteront également des histoires sur l'histoire de la région et des informations sur la faune qui l'habite.

We had a great paddleboarding tour with James. Most of us were beginners but managed to stand up for at least some of the time! It was i interesting learning about the sealude and history of the coast. A really fun trip!
Heath and Nic were excellent great experience it’s a must do activity when down here and heath was very good and encouraging
If you could give a 6-star review, we totally would!!! From the minute we visited the centre to discuss what we wanted, the staff member was helpful, informative, and offered excellent advice. When we arrived for our session, we were greeted by Amy. She was clearly experienced and loves her job - and who can blame her!! She led our group expertly along the coast line offering tidbits of local knowledge and bags of opportunities for cave swimming and exploring and the graceful getting off and on of an XL paddleboard 😆 she was a great coach and clearly loves what she does - we had an incredible session and would throughly recommend for novices and experienced alike.
Great experience with Ellie she was lovely, would recommend. Such good fun hitting the waves, Ellie made it feel so much better as she was great fun
James was a great guide with a real interest and knowledge of wildlife and local history. I would say the Paddleboarding isn’t for the faint hearted actually, and if you’re unfit, even tougher. I was surprised how hard going it was on mildly choppy water, having only done it on still lakes and calm tropical sea before! Falling in with a helmet, life vest, wetsuit and trainers on wasn’t pleasant anlthough appreciate H&S takes priority for any of these businesses. Highlight was seeing an adult seal and a youngster which was totally unexpected. Would probably chose kayaking in future due to fitness level!
Had an amazing SUP experience with James. Excellent instructor, very informative, made us feel at ease. Brought us into the caves and told us some interesting facts. Would definitely recommend.
The most amazing paddle boarding session ever!!! The tour guides Oleks and Finlay were such good guys. The cave tour, paddling to the rock and the games we played were so so good! Going out to the rock and riding the massive waves was so breathtaking, couldn’t stop smiling. It was so so special, will never forget it. The tour guides are an absolute asset to your company, made everyone welcome and giving them the confidence to go out their comfort zone. You guys are amazing x

A fantastic SUP session with Cara who was amazing, the entire team were great from the off, very professional but above all HAPPY which is a rarity nowadays, this really was money well spent, such a great experience that we now need to come back for the rest, thanks guys 👍🌊
