I am extremely disappointed with the service and the completely unfounded accusation from this tour company. I chose not to board the boat solely due to severe health and hygiene safety concerns. Multiple passengers waiting to board were visibly and audibly very unwell—coughing heavily and wiping their noses directly into their hands. Rather than addressing the obvious health hazards and protecting their customers, the company tried to twist my safety concerns into a racial issue to avoid giving me a refund. To claim I didn't board because of the guests' nationality is offensive and entirely false. It had absolutely nothing to do with race and everything to do with not wanting to get sick in an enclosed space. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

We booked this because we wanted something different from the usual island tour. I only caught a couple of fish, but that honestly didn't matter much. Being out on the sea with the scenery around Racha Island was relaxing on its own. The crew kept checking on everyone without being over the top, and there was plenty of time to just sit back and enjoy the ride.
So much fun! Fishing, we cooked and ate our catch on the boat, went swimming and took leftover fish home for dinner!
A beautiful, well-organized day. The best part: transportation fully provided by the organization for the round trip from the hotel to the port and from the port to the hotel. A very reasonable price. I would have liked to do lure casting, but it was not planned. Friendly and caring staff. A group that is not too large is better. A good experience.
The trip was very well organised we were picked up from our hotel lobby on time, driven to the Marina and boarded the fishing ship promptly - all very seamless. The sail out to the fishing area was very pleasant lots of water/cola available as it was very warm. Good range of fishing positions available and lots of fish caught including Grouper and Trigger Fish. Lunch was simple but tasty and the swimming was good fun. Then back to the Marina and onward return to hotel again very straightforward.
Fantastic fun experience for the whole family. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were really concerned that we were well and had a nice time. The only minus was the time we got to bathe. It was barely 30 minutes in total of the whole trip which was a bit of a shame. This was so we could eat food before bathing. Had been smarter to eat on the way back instead. But overall incredibly lovely trip as recommended.
Beautiful excursion, especially because I caught a beautiful tuna. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had already booked in Nl and that went fine. Highly recommended
Fishing experience was ok. But got a scare in the morning when I was at the meeting point on time but no one was there to meet us. I had to message a few numbers before I finally got a response and realised the person called me but didn't reach me. I don't know the reason why she can't reach me as I was available to others and the main coordinator from the company called me the day before. I expected a lunch with sashimi that was mentioned in the programme but that wasn't the case. Also, snorkeling equipment was not provided even though it was stated in the programme. Overall the fishing experience was not too bad and the staff on the boat were nice.
