Découvrez le sumo à travers un spectacle interactif et pédagogique animé par d'anciens lutteurs professionnels. Cette expérience met l'accent sur l'apprentissage et l'interaction, ce qui la distingue des tournois officiels de sumo. Plongez-vous pleinement dans la culture japonaise : enfilez un kimono et un haori traditionnels, assistez à des combats en direct, avec leurs rituels et leurs mouvements raffinés, et montez sur le dohyō pour un entraînement pratique, comprenant notamment un combat amical en tête-à-tête avec un rikishi. Le chanko nabe, proposé en option, vous permet de goûter à ce plat traditionnel riche en nutriments que les rikishi mangent pour se donner de l'énergie pendant leur entraînement. Il est préparé selon la recette des écuries où nos artistes s'entraînaient autrefois. D'autres en-cas japonais, tels que le karaage, le yakitori et le takoyaki, sont proposés, avec des options sans gluten et végétariennes sans supplément. Les familles sont les bienvenues : les enfants âgés de 7 à 12 ans bénéficient d'un tarif réduit à partir de 3 000 yens, et l'entrée est gratuite pour les moins de 6 ans. Les jeunes participants sont prioritaires lors de l'atelier pratique sur les rikishi, ce qui garantit un souvenir inoubliable pour tous les âges.

À leur arrivée, les invités sont conduits à leur place. Avant le spectacle, vous pourrez déguster à votre table un repas traditionnel des rikishi, comme le chanko-nabe, pour vous mettre en appétit et faire le plein d'énergie avant le spectacle. Vous pouvez également essayer un haori traditionnel au rayon kimono. Le service d'habillage professionnel en kimono est disponible uniquement avec la formule Premium. Le spectacle de sumo en direct dure environ 50 minutes et se déroule en Japonais et en Anglais ; il comprend des démonstrations et des explications données par d'anciens rikishi. Après le spectacle, les invités pourront monter sur le dohyō pour s'essayer au sumo, avec des exercices de base et un combat en tête-à-tête, en toute sécurité et dans une ambiance conviviale, avec un lutteur. Remarque : le nombre de participants peut être limité pour des raisons de sécurité. L'expérience se termine par une séance photo sur le ring. Les familles sont les bienvenues ; des réductions pour les enfants sont proposées et ceux-ci bénéficient d'une priorité lors de l'atelier pratique.

We had such a great time here. Everyone was so kind, from the initial greeting all the way through. We really found the history of sumo interesting and it was great to understand the rules of sumo and how a match goes. The sumo wrestlers were all so good, great performances and very informative and entertaining. The host was also fantastic. My 6 year old was able to get into the ring and have a ‘match’ and he enjoyed it so much, ‘Goh’ was so kind and he had a wonderful time. Food was yum, drinks were cold. A must do!
This is a great experience. Our family enjoyed learning about Sumo and participating in the show as well. Great fun.

If you ever wanted to know about sumos or sumo wrestling, this is a must see! We had an amazing experience, learnt a lot about sumo wrestling and techniques. The sumos Joe, Gao and Tani were highly skilled and entertaining. The MC’s were great and there was lots of laughter. We had the VIP centre seats and were spoilt with some great food! Staff were so friendly and helpful. We also got to participate in learning sumo techniques which was heaps of fun and even took pictures with sumos. Thank you for a great and memorable evening!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We learned so much and fun while doing it! The food was amazing, the service superb and the sumo wrestling was authentic! Tani, Guo, Joe and Hama were amazing and really funny too! The narrator’s both in English and Japanese helped to tie in the whole experience for us! Plus it’s right by the Osaka airport so it’s a definite must stop location!
