Pour vous rendre à Port Canaveral et environs veuillez utiliser ce produit : 124462P2 Toutes les taxes, frais et péages sont inclus. Seul le pourboire du conducteur n'est pas inclus. Le tarif comprend le service d'accueil à la zone de récupération des bagages (il aura une pancarte avec votre nom de famille dessus) où le chauffeur vous aidera avec vos bagages si nécessaire et vous conduira directement à votre destination. Il s'agit d'un service privé et ne sera jamais partagé avec d'autres parties. Les véhicules utilisés vont des voitures de ville, des SUV et des fourgonnettes. Toutes les images présentées sont uniquement à des fins d’illustration. Le produit réel peut varier (marque, modèle, couleur, etc.). Les berlines peuvent contenir un maximum de 3 valises de taille moyenne + 2 valises à main. Un rehausseur sans dossier (1) peut être inclus gratuitement. Les destinations populaires sont tous les hôtels et complexes hôteliers de la région de Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World et International Drive. More than a bus or Rideshare but worth the money. They picked us up at the baggage carousel, no walking to a ride share lot. Rode in a Lincoln Town Car to the Hotel and a nice Suburban back to MCO.

I can’t say enough about the service our family received! Wish I knew about this transportation company earlier. Better rates, professionalism, and excellent service than other transportation companies we used in the past. Our driver Carlos was extremely punctual, kept in contact regarding any of our needs & excellent personality for kids- both young and old!

For the past several years; having used GT for pickup at Orlando Executive Airport then dropping off Crew and Flight Crew is convenient and most relaxing!! After flying, I have no desire to be the designated driver!! Let another individual take the spot light!

We had a flight that was delayed and were able to fly standby on an earlier flight. I had called the main number at quicksilver and was unable to talk to someone so left messages updating our situation. As we landed earlier than planned I reached out to the driver upon arrival. He was at first confused but then said he could pick us up in an half hour which we were very pleased with as we were stressed from delays from the day. Over an hour later he was still not there, we reached out again and he said he was close. He did get there shortly after and we headed to the car. We have used this service for probably the last 15 years and have always been very happy with the drivers and their vehicles , they have often sent larger vehicles than we booked and they have been in pristine shape. This time sadly not the case. We were 4 adults and I had requested a grocery stop, the town car was in poor shape both looks and service wise ( service engine light was on both times) and with 4 bags we had barely enough room for ourselves and sadly none for groceries. In the age of Uber and many alternatives we will not be using this service again as the cost and quality is not in sync and could not in good conscience recommend to others as I have in the past .
We are sorry that the vehicle provided did not meet your expectations. The Lincoln Town Car sent for this transfer was the vehicle category originally selected and reserved. Although our Town Cars are older models, they are well maintained, presented in excellent condition, and accurately represented in our listings. Lincoln no longer manufactures the Town Car, but it remains a spacious and comfortable vehicle widely used for private transportation. On several previous occasions, we were able to provide you with a complimentary upgrade to a larger luxury SUV. Those upgrades were offered at no additional charge, but they were not part of the vehicle category originally purchased and could not be guaranteed for every trip. For this reservation, you requested a last-minute change to an earlier pickup time. We made every effort to accommodate the change and successfully arranged transportation, but a larger vehicle was not available at the revised time. We therefore dispatched the Town Car that had originally been reserved. We also waived the applicable $50 rescheduling fee as a courtesy. Although rideshare services may sometimes appear less expensive, the basic rate generally applies to a standard sedan. Larger or premium rideshare categories can be comparable in price and do not necessarily include services such as airport meet-and-greet, luggage assistance, or our complimentary grocery stop on qualifying round-trip reservations. We are genuinely sorry that you were dissatisfied. Had we known during the trip that the vehicle was not meeting your needs, we would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss possible arrangements for the return transfer or a future reservation. After approximately 15 years of serving you, including many successful trips and complimentary upgrades, we are disappointed that our relationship concluded this way. Nevertheless, we appreciate your past business and recommendations, and we will use your feedback to improve how vehicle categories and complimentary upgrades are communicated. Our driver, Eduardo, was very nice and helpful. He was early to pick us up and told us exactly where he would meet us. He even helped with luggage.
The driver was accommodating and cordial. His driving was poor. Heavy on the brakes and gas pedal. We got out of the car with what felt like whiplash. We've had many private drivers over the years, this was the worst.
