Vivez l'expérience Corcovado avec une excursion d'une journée au départ de Sierpe, Osa, nous traverserons la plus grande mangrove d'Amérique centrale, la Térraba-Sierpe, puis naviguerons à travers la mer jusqu'à la station San Pedrillo, où nous commencerons par les promenades. de la flore et de la faune luxuriantes, nous visiterons la cascade San Pedrillo pour profiter de ses eaux rafraîchissantes, nous prendrons le déjeuner à l’intérieur du parc, puis nous reprendrons le chemin du retour. Le parc national de Corcovado est considéré comme l'endroit le plus intensément biologiquement parlant du monde, selon le National Geographic.

Itinéraire 7h30 Arrivée à Sierpe pour prendre le bateau. 8h00 Début de la visite en bateau à travers la mangrove Terraba – Sierpe jusqu'à la gare de San Pedrillo. 9h15 Début des randonnées à l'entrée du parc national du Corcovado. 12h00 à 13h00 Début de la randonnée jusqu'à la cascade. Dépend des conditions météorologiques 13h00 à 14h00 Boîte à lunch à l'extérieur du parc 15h00 Fin de la visite et retour à Sierpe. 16h00 à 16h15 Arrivée à Sierpe. Comprend : Excursions en bateau, Entrée au parc national, Boîte à lunch, Guide touristique et Assurance. It was a real jungle experience. Unfortunately we didn't see many animals and there were several groups on the way so sometimes it went slowly .Nevertheless we learned a lot about the animals and botany .The guides were totally nice and very informative. It was a very nice trip. The boat trip alone was great
David was excellent. Very knowledgeable and engaging. He was bilingual, respectful and passionate about the park. He was anxious to find all the wildlife we wanted to see and patient getting everyone pictures in his viewfinder. It would not have been nearly as enjoyable without such a guide.
Vert Nice excursion! We had a lot of rain on the boat to go and at the beginning of the trek but it gave an exceptionnel expérience. We sale a lot of animales even dolphins on our way Back
Wonderful day trip to Corcovado- we saw whales on the way and back- and in the park saw a tapir, monkeys, anteater, and other wildlife. The boat's captain Brian, crewman Guillermo, and our guide Oscar were skilled professionals. Oscar was so knowledgeable about the park environment and animal species! PS: I noticed another review mentioning a lack of challenging hiking and adventure- thid is correct, and it was A GOOD THING because this tour isnt about hiking but is about maximizing wildlife sightings and experiencing the most of Corcovado in the very short period of time a day trip can offer.

Fantastic tour of this unique park. We saw a ton of animals (two types of monkeys, a red macaw, two sloths, tapirs...). Our guide David was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We highly recommend! The one thing to be aware of is it's a long boat ride from Sierpe - be ready for about 1.5 hours each way. But, well worth the trip!

This trip is suitable for people who want to have a comfortable and superficial jungle experience (older people, people with children etc.). Would not recommend this tour to those who want to go deeper into the jungle (with more challenging hikes) and see more wildlife. Half of the hiking we walked with as group of 25 people…no surprise that we did not see much wildlife. However, overall the tour was well organized and the boat ride was nice.

A great way to see a small part of this wonderful park and the mangroves. Our tour guide David was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and fauna in the park and made an effort to ensure everyone got a chance to see the wildlife that was present. It would have been helpful for better organization at the beginning if the guides had a list of people who were signed up for the each tour and a name badge, or identification, since there were multiple tours leaving from the same location.

If you’re lucky enough to visit Corcovado National Park, you’re luckier if you do so with a guide as knowledgeable as Oscar. His knowledge, ability to find native fauna and passion for his work make this experience, an unparalleled one. Chef, biologist, photographer, specialist, who can ask more. Also thank Captain Kevin and Jose, who not only drive the ship with great expertise, but attend to the needs of their crew so that each receives what they need. No matter if it's reverse, sideways, rocks or mangroves, Kevin runs his boat like a glove in his hand. Finally, we do not want to forget the hospitality of Jorge who welcomes you from the beginning to the end of this magnificent experience. We saw: Macaws, Crocodiles, Coati, Boas, Spider Monkeys, Anteaters and as a cherry on the cake, a Puma. Thank you Oscar, Kevin, Jose and Jorge for this fantastic experience.

The itinerary didn't match with what we actually did. We went to Sirena Station instead of San Padrillo. The boat was 2 hours which was quite long but the day was really great! We saw many animals and the walk in the jungle was beautiful. The boat trip back was 2,5 hours. So be aware that you be on the boat for 4,5 hours.
