Cette visite visite deux ruines incas incroyables dans la Vallée Sacrée: Ollantaytambo et Pisac. Vous aurez une visite guidée privée de ces sites et en apprendrez énormément sur l'histoire Inca tout en admirant les vues majestueuses de la Vallée Sacrée. Nous visiterons ensuite une ferme locale où nous goûterons des fruits et des légumes frais du pays et nourrirons les cochons d'Inde qui sont conservés dans presque toutes les maisons locales comme source de chaleur et de nourriture. Pendant que vous visiterez la ferme, notre chef cuisinier préparera un repas bio gastronomique et sain avec des produits péruviens locaux, y compris certaines de nos propres récoltes. Nous visiterons ensuite un marché local non touristique à Urubamba pour voir comment les habitants vendent leurs produits et d'autres biens. Enfin, nous visiterons les ruines en terrasses de Pisac et en apprendrons davantage sur cet incroyable site religieux, astronomique et militaire.

Itinéraire
Ramassage à 8h00 à votre hôtel à Ollantaytambo, de Cusco à 7h00 dans les transports privés, nous visiterons les ruines incas à Ollantaytambo, qui était le gîte de l'empereur inca Pachacutec et a ensuite servi de point de contrôle militaire pour les Incas essayant de protéger les routes vers Machu Picchu des envahisseurs espagnols. Profitez d'une visite guidée des ruines en terrasses, des fontaines et des aqueducs et voyez les maisons de stockage qui étaient utilisées par les Incas pour maximiser les vents afin de garder les cultures fraîches et préservées. Nous aurons alors le temps de déambuler dans les rues de l'une des plus anciennes villes du Pérou, où se trouvent encore aujourd'hui de nombreux bâtiments incas du XVe siècle.
Nous conduirons ensuite 20 minutes jusqu'à la ville de Yanahuara où nous visiterons une ferme de la Vallée Sacrée, où nous visiterons les terres agricoles, coupons la luzerne pour nourrir les cobayes et verrons de première main comment la chicha est fabriquée. Cela sera suivi d'un pique-nique gastronomique privé préparé par notre chef et mettra en vedette des produits biologiques locaux, y compris certaines de nos propres cultures. Profitez d'un déjeuner tranquille à l'extérieur tout en surplombant la vallée sacrée. Après le déjeuner, nous irons au marché non touristique authentique local d'Urubamba. Ici, nous verrons des familles locales vendre des produits tels que des fruits, des légumes, des fleurs et des plantes médicinales naturelles. Votre guide vous fera visiter le marché et vous pourrez déguster des fruits et des aliments péruviens tels que les fruits de la passion, le lucuma et le chirimoya. Nous découvrirons également les ingrédients nécessaires à la fabrication de la chicha, une bière de maïs qui a été une partie importante de la culture péruvienne depuis l'époque inca.
Ensuite, nous nous dirigerons pendant une heure vers les ruines majestueuses de Pisac où nous visiterons des ruines incas en terrasses situées en hauteur sur une montagne. De là, nous grimperons au sommet des ruines et admirerons une vue imprenable sur la vallée sacrée.Votre guide vous expliquera les fonctions religieuses, astronomiques et militaires du site et découvrirons les terrasses qui ont permis aux Incas de cultiver de la nourriture au-dessus de 11000 pieds. Après avoir visité les ruines incas, vous aurez l'occasion de faire une randonnée sur un sentier Inca original peu connu et rarement utilisé et à travers un tunnel construit par les Incas. L'un des plus grands cimetières incas est également situé dans les ruines de Pisac et nous pouvons également visiter cette partie du site. Nous terminerons la visite par un voyage au marché artisanal de Pisac dans la ville pour découvrir des choses telles que la céramique, les bijoux et le tissage. Retour à votre hôtel à Cusco ou dans la Vallée Sacrée en transport privé.

Wonderful private tour with Valentin's Pachamama Lunch. All was coordinated seamlessly as we were picked up at our hotel in Cusco, taken to Chinchero weaving collaborative, Pisac Ruins, the Salt Mines, Ollantaytambo, and provided a gourmet lunch on Valentin's family farm. We asked to customize our tour with a Chica making experience as well, and we had a wonderful time visiting the family's guinea pigs, helping to start a chicha batch, drinking the chica together, and learning about traditional agriculture in the region. My parents also loved the tour and said it was the most down-to-earth and authentic tour experience they had ever had. Really wonderful way to see the region's tourist highlights and also learn how the locals live.

Valentín and his family hosted us for 5 days, including a 2-day Inca Trail experience and the ruins and markets and farms of the sacred valley. They were awesome. Spoke perfect English and were very prompt and helpful, friendly and fun to be with. Valentin and his team were excellent to work with from start to finish. Valentin is very, very knowledgable about Peru. It was so great having a guide who grew up in the Sacred Valley and knows the locals. It was so informative to learn about the day-to-day life of the Andean villages (e.g. diet, weather, economy, agriculture). If you want an in-depth and thorough understanding of this wonderful region of Peru, this is a great tour to take.
