Un moyen pratique et simple de découvrir et d'explorer le vieux San Juan consiste à faire appel à un guide local compétent qui vous guidera dans une promenade historique facile de 2 heures à travers la partie la plus ancienne de la ville. Après la visite, vous comprendrez l'histoire du Commonwealth de Porto Rico, ses liens uniques avec les États-Unis, ainsi que son riche héritage espagnol, indien Taino et ouest-africain. Idéale pour tous les âges, la visite explorera des monuments tels que La Casa Estrecha et La Catedral de San Juan Bautista – la cathédrale vénérée du vieux San Juan, qui est le plus grand édifice religieux de Porto Rico. De plus, vous découvrirez des parties de l’impressionnant système défensif de la ville, notamment ses murs, la seule porte d’entrée restante, et Fortaleza, le fort connu sous le nom de « l’erreur » commise par les Espagnols ! Nos circuits visitent également La Rogativa, La Capilla de Cristo et de nombreux autres sites incontournables.

We loved our historical walking tour of Old San Juan! Our guide, Leslie, was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Old San Juan, and she was also super funny and entertaining. We had such a good time learning about the buildings, the streets, the statues, and the history - Leslie even taught us about the pop culture of Puerto Rico! I would highly recommend this tour to adults or families with teenagers. Our family of 4 had a great time!

My husband and I took this 2-hour walking tour of Old San Juan, and it was a wonderful experience.
