This cooking experience was so amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and what an incredible view while cooking in such a gorgeous kitchen. Learned so much and even got a recipe book when we left. The chefs (Maria and her daughter) were so accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. We really loved every second of this experience

I booked a cooking class at Maria’s with my family and we were alongside a group of 4 other people. The whole experience was amazing as Maria was so knowledgeable in all of her cooking. She not only gave us step by step instructions but also gave us the reasoning behind them so that we could replicate it at home. It was a 3 hour experience where we started off making tiramisu then moved on to making 2 fresh pastas. We were even able to cut an extra pasta shape with our leftover dough. After, we had a little break to wander around Maria’s beautiful property while she served us some appetizers with wine followed by our pastas with her homemade tomato sauce. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. I would definitely come back to do this experience again!

What a fun experience this was! Maria was fantastic. We did the cooking class a family with young children and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. She was very patient and gave the kids extra attention. We loved learning to make pasta and tiramisu in her beautiful home! Everything was fantastic and I’d highly recommend!

It was so wonderful. You get to be a part of the cooking process and then you get to sit down and share a wonderful meal. I will be making these recipes at home for sure!

We spent the evening at Marias House. It was a perfect Pasta Course. Maria is such a great host. We felt that her full heart is within the kitchen. Also our Kids (11 + 13 years) enjoyed it. We would recommend it to everyone.

This was definitely a highlight of our Olbia trip. The host was extremely hospitable and the setting was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this experience and would book again.

Our cooking class with Tomaso was one of the highlights of our time in Sardinia! From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us into his home with such warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt like guests rather than customers. We started the experience with a delicious aperitivo, enjoying wine and a beautiful charcuterie board while getting to know each other. It was the perfect way to begin the afternoon before heading into the kitchen. Tomaso then taught us how to make homemade gnocchi and tiramisu from scratch, and it was so much fun! He was an excellent teacher, patient, engaging, and full of personality. He has such a great sense of humor and made the entire experience entertaining while also teaching us authentic techniques that we'll definitely use again. Everything we made turned out absolutely delicious, and getting to enjoy the meal together afterward made it even more special. As if that wasn't enough, the views from his home were absolutely stunning and made the whole experience even more memorable. If you're visiting Sardinia, we couldn't recommend this experience more. It's so much more than just a cooking class, it's an authentic, welcoming, and unforgettable experience. Thank you, Tomaso, for your incredible hospitality, your stories, and such a memorable afternoon. We absolutely loved it!

An experience we will treasure forever. It was truly magical to be welcomed into Maria's home with such warmth and kindness. She was the perfect teacher and very patient with us. It felt such an honour to have an insight into her family recipes - and they were absolutely delicious too! The kitchen itself was a pleasure to be in and look around, and in such a beautiful location with incredible views across the mountains.
