Chaque journée de rafting en mer comprend trois jours en un, dont une excitante promenade vers Whitehaven Beach et Hill Inlet, des récifs de plongée avec tuba immaculés et des promenades guidées dans les parcs nationaux de Whitsunday Island. The crew on jammin were fantastic so much fun I have never had an experience like it the snorkeling spot was so beautiful and the lookout was great for photos I would highly recommend this trip especially on this boat

During the tour, a staff member opened a cooler with drinks and told us we could help ourselves throughout the trip. She encouraged us to take as many drinks as we wanted and then came around to write down our names. Since the meal was included and paid for in advance, we expected the drinks to be included as well, or at least to be clearly informed about the prices beforehand. However, we felt they took advantage of the situation, as we only realised they were charging for them when we disembarked. We ended up paying 30 AUD for just two cans of beer. The included menu didn't provide any complimentary drinks, so if you didn't pay extra, you had nothing to drink all day. On top of that, the food was quite bad: just two slices of processed chicken deli meat (not real chicken), four potatoes, and some quinoa with chickpeas. We certainly weren't expecting such a disappointing meal after paying for the most expensive tour in the area.
On the 27/07/26 I was on the boat Thunderstruck with Jenna and Rich as our tour guides and they were absolutely brilliant. From the minute they began the tour they had high energy and were both were extremely personable. Throughout the tour they ensured that the safety measures were explained well, but blended the explanations with great humour making the entire trip so much fun. There was music across to Whitehaven beach which built the atmosphere, and Jenna got to know everyone on the boat making it that much more personal and enjoyable. Jenna continued with her high energy and good wit throughout the whole day, going above and beyond taking photos for people and ensuring that everyone was having a good time. The pair did such a good job and I couldn’t recommend them both and this experience enough! Also, the food was delicious and much better than what would be expected from a packed lunch!

We did the ocean rafting excursion to Whitehaven Beach, which included lunch, a hike up to the lookout and snorkeling in 2 different locations. The boat ride was super fun and fast, the snorkeling was amazing, the coral was so much better than I was expecting. We had an amazing day thanks to the wonderful team of Josh and Louis. We booked a private charter with Ocean Rafting as we were a family group of 13 with ages ranging from 1 to 70. We had the best day ever! Our hosts Jenna and James were lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. On our way to Whitehaven we were lucky enough to watch a whale breaching several times - unexpected and wonderful! Jenna was terrific during our walk to Hill Inlet Lookout - chatting with everyone and organising group photos. We had a great time down at the beach - jenna pointed out stingrays - the water was crystal clear and pristine. The lunch was delicious and beautifully presented. Snorkeling Manta Ray Bay was amazing - fish were visible from the boat - and the water was warm and clear. We were given use of all equipment required (and instructions) and everyone had a go. The ride back to Airlie was fun too - lots of fruit and lamingtons. Our family had the best time and would recommend Ocean Rafting in a heartbeat. If you are a larger group - or a few families together - think about a private charter - it’s well worth it!! Thanks Jenna and James for the most amazing day!

If there is one package to get, it is the one with the plane and the boat I know it is expensive, but it is well worth the price asked, take it from a cheapskate Furthermore, if you come to Australia without seeing it from above, it is a shame In short, I am not going to describe the day to you because I want you to enjoy it yourselves Oh, one thing: don't forget to charge all your devices. Personally, I had to recharge my phone thanks to my external battery because there are so many things to see and do. Whether it's the airplane pilot or the crew members on the boats, they are all very good and friendly. ENJOY there there

It was a magnificent day! The team was great, the boat too. The snorkeling and beach part on the islands was fantastic! We recommend it :)
We had a great trip on the Southern Lights tour with Bernie and Louie there was plenty to see at the snorkeling spot although it did take quite a while for everyone to get organised and into the water which took away from our time at that spot. Our lunch packs were really tasty and we had a great time at Hill Inlet lookout and on the beach. We would recommend taking some ear protection as the outboards can get pretty loud, if you’re a bit sensitive to noise. Thanks for a great day.

Overall the experience was very good. Ben and Georgie did a great job ensuring everyone was safe and having a good time. Seeing Whitehaven beach was great however the hoarded of tourists there was a real put off but no fault of OR. The snorkeling was fantastic the highlight for both of us. Not sure the high decibel rock music added much to the occasion though especially in transit.
