Point de départ de votre Faro Eco Boat Tour. Vous trouverez le Kiosque Lands Shop au Cais Portas do Mar, R. da Porta Nova, 8000-250 Faro. Veuillez avoir l’amabilité de vous présenter pour votre tour au moins 10 minutes avant l’heure de départ de votre excursion en bateau. Il s’agit d’une excursion d’observation des oiseaux de 2 heures à bord d’un bateau solaire offrant une navigation douce et silencieuse tout au long du parcours, tout en préservant le patrimoine naturel de la Ria Formosa. Avec des départs depuis Faro, vous aurez l’occasion d’en apprendre davantage sur la faune et la flore de cette zone protégée de l’Algarve.
Au cours de cette excursion, vous visiterez la lagune et les marais de la Ria Formosa, et vous observerez de nombreux oiseaux et toute la nature et la faune sans la déranger. Ria Formosa est un paradis pour les amoureux de la nature et comme votre guide est un biologiste qualifié, il vous aidera à comprendre et à apprécier l’énorme diversité de cette magnifique région. Explorez les canaux et les marais pour observer des oiseaux tels que la Cigogne blanche, l'Aigrette garzette et la Spatule blanche. Vers les îles du Parc Naturel, vous pourrez voir des parcs de palourdes et d'huîtres. Renseignez-vous sur ces activités économiques où il est possible de trouver d'innombrables oiseaux.

Very peaceful and beautiful lagoon. Super relaxing and our guide was really knowledgeable and totally got into the birding with us.
It was really nice to search for birds. It was low season so not many birds to be seen. Nevertheless we saw some cool birds.
excellent boat trip from Faro. The guide was very knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area, and was amazing at naming the birds in several languages to suit the guests on the trip. Really nice peaceful change to be on a quiet solar powered boat. We will do this again as we love coming to Portugal.
You can see many interesting birds and the whole area is unique! But dress warm and expect some swell and wetness. A great experience!

Had a very dedicated and knowledgeable guide (female, young) .Have seen a lot through their hints and explanations. With a boat powered by solar, the trip was also possible through protected areas. Just a hint: At low tide (low water) it is even better.
It was a great tour and our young boatmaster was not only very nice, she knew very well and was there with enthusiasm!

A nice meandering trip down rio formasa allowing you to take in the birds from the center of the river. Would actually recommend taking this tour in the off-season vs. prime as in general there are fewer crowds in the marina and less noise pollution, allowing you to hear the bird calls, the fish gulping and the water rippling through the river.

We enjoy birdwatching, and this was top notch! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided information about the birds, habitats, and behaviors to help with identification and made a specific effort to find as many as possible--21 species the day of our trip. Also discussed the history and interesting trivia about the nature preserve and the local area.

Sebastian was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. I listed 26 different bird species that we saw. The boat was effortlessly guided around narrow channels and resting boats. Highly recommend.
