Ce n’est pas un bateau de tourisme plein à craquer, c’est une véritable aventure en petit groupe avec un maximum de 6 invités. Vous n’observez pas les dauphins de loin, vous êtes assez près pour ressentir ce moment électrique lorsqu’ils nagent juste à côté du bateau. Nos capitaines connaissent les gousses de dauphins par leur territoire et leur comportement, vous passez donc plus de temps avec eux et moins de temps à chercher. Après la rencontre avec les dauphins, nous vous emmenons dans des endroits triés sur le volet auxquels les grands bateaux ne peuvent accéder : eaux claires et peu profondes, récifs tranquilles de l’arrière-pays et bancs de sable cachés. Les débutants se sentent en sécurité, les familles se sentent détendues et les plongeurs expérimentés obtiennent une visibilité sous-marine vraiment bonne. Personnalisé, sans hâte et dirigé par un équipage local qui s’en soucie réellement, c’est ce qui distingue ce voyage.

We had such a wonderful time! Melanie took the time to let us practice snorkeling and then took us to the location. We saw beautiful dolphins and had a lovely time! Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience. Our captain was great with quite a bit of knowledge of Key West. We really enjoyed the small boat with just the 3 of us. our captain put us on a large pod of dolphins right away. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

Great family time with Melanie, our captain. We could see dolphins having fun around the boat. We did several snorkelling spots with hundreds of fish of all colors, huge layers....

Dolphin Safari and Snorkelling very disappointing, we did not see any dolphins, and we did not have the opportunity to Snorkell. In addition, virtually no explanation of Marine fauna and the environment, by the captain of the boat. We just stopped on a tiny island, the mud key, which bears his name, infested with mosquitoes. We picked up some shells on the beach and went straight back to Key West, without seeing a dolphin, or the opportunity to dive with mask and fins. I think it’s a bit expensive to come back with a few shells and a lot of mosquito bites.

As you know, the days surrounding your trip brought some of the strongest winds we had seen that week. We reached out the day before your original morning departure and offered to move you to the 1 PM slot, where conditions were expected to be slightly better. You accepted, and we truly appreciated your flexibility — but we also made it clear that neither option would offer ideal conditions. In those kinds of winds, dolphin watching becomes extremely challenging, as dolphins tend to avoid choppy surface waters. Instead, your captain made a professional call to bring your group to the Mud Keys — a sheltered, wind-protected sandbar with calm, crystal-clear turquoise waters. And normally it's available only for our private tour guest. It’s a peaceful, mangroves surounded sandbar with plenty marine life around it, natural setting that offers a far more enjoyable and safe experience compared to attempting snorkeling in rough, murky conditions. Dolphins are wild animals, and while we maintain a 95% sighting rate across our trips, no operator can guarantee sightings — especially in extreme weather. Over the past 20+ years and more than 1,900 five-star reviews, we’ve built our reputation on consistently delivering exceptional experiences when conditions allow. We’re genuinely sorry the weather impacted your trip and understand the disappointment. However, we feel it’s unfair to describe our company as a “tourist trap” when our team communicated transparently, adapted the plan for your safety and comfort, and made every effort to provide the best possible experience that day. We hope you might reconsider how this review reflects on our crew, who worked hard to take care of you.
Although we only saw four dolphins, we snorkeled with hundreds of fish in crystal clear water. Captain Melanie was great! The trip would suit all ages and experience.

Unfortunately due to weather we were unable to go on our trip. The owners were absolutely fantastic trying to reschedule working with our schedule - in fact we were rescheduled 3 times and the wind blocked us each time. The commitment to customer service was outstanding. Thank You for trying!

We had a great time on our trip! Started out watching for dolphins and got treated to watching a mama and her calf fishing as well as a few others diving near our boat. The snorkeling was amazing, so many colorful fish! Our daughter dived down and saw an eel peeking out from the coral and a Goliath grouper who was quite shy. After our snorkeling we were asking about sharks and our guide took us to an area where we could see 7+ nurse sharks over the side of the boat. A great day, would highly recommend for a smaller more personal experience.

We left on time with Melanie to take a 3 hour tour, 6 people had plenty of room on the boat. We saw 6 dolphins within the first 20 minutes then another dolphin family with a baby on our way back to the dock. The small boat experience was great, definitely better than going out with those big boat groups. We spent a lot of time enjoying the dolphins and went in the water to check out the reef. I didn’t expect to get to tour around by mallory square and see that coast from the water. Loved seeing Sunset Key up close ❤️ So glad we chose this charter!
