We had a great experience on our tour! After booking, the company reached out promptly and was responsive and helpful in planning our tour, which included finding lunch for a vegetarian member of our group. Our driver, Yūki, was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to give us good suggestions for things to see and do at the various sites we visited (Farm Tomita, Blue Pond, Shikisai-no-Oka, and Ningle Terrace). We also appreciated that he brought a good quality camera, took some group pictures for us, and then sent them to us. The van was very comfortable as well. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily do again!

Our day with a private driver was wonderful. He took us to all the places we had wished to visit in Hokkaido in a spacious and comfortable vehicle.

Megumi san was very helpful in communicating and organising our tour. Our driver Nars was knowledgeable and flexible. He changed the itinerary when the rain came. We ended up visiting Otaru instead of Osu Ropeway due to low visibility. We enjoyed the delicious seafood at the fish market based on Nars’ recommendation. Definitely recommend this company for tours.

Megumi suggested helpful ideas for trip plans that made the most of our tour time. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Yuki took good care of us to sightsee Hokkaido. Made the tours comfortable and enjoyable, especially for my mom in her 80s. Always on time and never felt rushed.

The day was at Furano Lavender & Melon, Blue Pond, Shirahige waterfalls, and Cheese Factory. We are not the type of family to stay and linger at a site, so after seeing what we needed to see and pic taking, our guide Mr. Maki was more than happy to hit the road. He was a nice man who spoke English and stopped off at several Family Marts so we could hunt for Pokemon packs. It was a good day to get out and see the countryside and farm land. Thank you.

We booked the trip via TripAdvisor app and it was a smooth process. The company representative contacted us via Whatsapp and we able to agree on the itenary for the given day. The driver met us at our hotel early in the morning and drove us to the agreed locations. He was affable and could communicate with us in basic English. The itenary was also not that rigid, you could customise with the driver in case you had a change of heart or wanna explore other places. You could also talk to the driver as he might knew some off the beaten tracks places as well. He brought us to a nice place near Noboribetsu which was beautiful. Please take note Hokkaido is quite vast and the journey to these locations may take some time so be prepared. Overall the experience was excellent and we definitely enjoyed the service provided.

Working with Megumi to organize the tour was a very pleasant experience. She was very helpful and answered email promptly. Our driver, Mr Yuuki, was prompt and a very good driver. Although his English is not fluent, he tried very hard to use google translate and we were able to understand each other. Would recommend this company.

Very good experience our tour guide was able to put together an experience we will never forget. And we visited places we would have never put on our itinerary he was a really great guide. We had fun, Yuuki made our visit enjoyable.
