DU MARDI AU SAMEDI, rendez-vous à l'église Saint-Antoine de Padoue, 153, rue Sullivan, SoHo, Manhattan SUNDAY TOURS rendez-vous au FAICCOS 260 Bleecker St., Greenwich Village Manhattan Il s'agit d'une visite interactive amusante à pied du quartier Italien de Greenwich Village. Parmi les échantillons aigres, on peut citer : un bonbon Brigadeiro brésilien, les raviolis Rafetto et le riz au lait Italien, le gâteau Il Corallo au citron, la pizza Ben's Mamie, les boulettes de riz Faicco's (arancini) et le curseur de boulettes de viande, en terminant par un fruit-a-misu chez Rocco's Pastry. Cette visite de 2 heures et plus est dirigée par Greg Marro, Guide touristique local, licencié à New York, avec des racines familiales Italiennes dans le quartier depuis 1884. Il vous donne un point de vue d'initié sur l'histoire locale avec de la musique, des sérénades et des contes familiaux. Échantillons et mires susceptibles de changer. Les échantillons savoureux sont des bouchées, pas un repas. Les visites publiques sont limitées à huit touristes, offrant une expérience plus intime.

We absolutely loved this food tour! Learned so much about the local neighborhood. All the food was absolutely amazing! It was a great way to spend a couple hours on a beautiful afternoon. The vendor canceled the night before the tour. Then getting the refund from Viator has been a nightmare. I’ve been on hold 2 hours trying to get it resolved. Save your time and money and book through another vendor who has their schedules organized. We also organized childcare for our kids and are out on that now too. What a horrible experience that we had really been looking forward to.

Both my wife and I planned for a tourist week in NYC which included a food tour. We booked the NYC Greenwich Village Italian Food tour. We rate it 5/5. Coming from the midwest you think of Greenwich Village as some as a tony exclusive neighborhood. Instead, Greg showed us a warm friendly village where century old businesses thrive and providing the true Italian flavors. Greg also talked a lot of history of both his family and other Italians who used to live there. It is a very diverse community now where you can be comfortable visiting.
