Outstanding service. Our driver greeted us at baggage claim, assisted with our luggage and even let us watch the second half of a World Cup semifinal on his iPad.
George was waiting for us with our name at luggage. He called for the car. We were traveling within 5 minutes of getting luggage. Driver was wonderful. We enjoyed our conversation with him.
All in all, great. Met us at the baggage claim and took us to the waiting SUV. Driver was great and got us to our hotel safely and efficiently. The only gripe I have is that my phone number was given out (as if I was the person who was meeting people at the baggage claim). For about two weeks, I received multiple calls, texts and WhatsApp messages from people who were arriving and were asking where to meet.
I was promptly greeted at baggage claim and my driver Khaled was very friendly. It was a pretty straightforward and positive experience. Communication was clear and accurate. The greeter and driver were on time. And I got to my destination in one piece. I recommend this service if you’re looking for a private car from LGA to Manhattan.
Well they got Aa three because they fixed the issues in a timely matter. Issue the driver picked up someone else? No meet and greet, no scanning ticket It also was in NYC so give em a little leeway

Booked this car for my husband and two nieces from jfk and driver contact changed multiple times after landing which made my family feel like something sketchy was going on. My family ended up waiting another 30 mins after landing for pick up which was the whole reason for booking a car service (not too wait) and driver did not allow any passengers up front for my family was forced to sit scrunched in back.

It was excellent. Service was as advertised. We were met at baggage claim with a sign with my name at JFK airport. That person led us to our vehicle and the driver delivered us to Hotel Seville in Nomad. It was a stress-free experience. Love that gratuity was included as well. Would use this service again.

A very convenient service Our greeter George found us promptly at baggage claim n guided us to the car. Byt driver had no clue where the hotel was . Even with the GPS. I had to tell him that he had gone past the hotel.
