Arrivé au port de la plage de Sanur, il s’agit d’une sorte de port où vous commencerez votre voyage en bateau rapide à environ 45 minutes du port de Sanur pour vous rendre sur l’île de Nusa Penida.
Pasih Uug ou Broken Beach est une falaise avec un grand trou, l’endroit le plus pittoresque sur Instagram, et la plage cassée devient un passage obligé pour tous les touristes qui viennent à Nusa Penida. The tour is for 4 beaches 7-12 hours. 3 out of 4 of the beaches you can NOT get in the water. You can only take pictures. If all you want to do is take pictures this is the tour for you. Be mindful of the last time of the fast boat (water taxi) because that will determine how much time you actually have once you arrive on the island. It takes 45 minutes or more to get from beach to beach, please consider that also. We were only able to visit 2 beaches due to the heavy traffic and a cremation ceremony. We opted to go to Crystal Bay the only one that you can get in due to the time constraints. When I reached out to the company and requested a partial refund because there was no way we could have visited all 4 of the beaches, they rejected it and threatened me with a lawsuit and said a complaint was filed against me with the Bali Immigration Department. If all you want to do is sightsee this is fine. If you want an experience where you actually can enjoy the beaches this is Not the tour for you. Choose wisely.

The trip is average due to the fact that viator outsourced this to a local travel agency. The car sprovided were nice, but the boat riding was average and very chaotic. As the agency clubbed all the booking together, so the boat was crowded, there was no seat allocation, plus adressing the safety gear was just for tick box. After the speedboat started they will just tell you that life jackets are under seat, where the fact is they should have handed over life jackets to people while boarding aa if accident happens no one will get time to search for jacket. It was quite miamanaged. I have taken viator tours in Europe, but this is very different. Also, the food provided under all imclusive package was of not good quality. We couldn't eat. Luckily we carried some packaged food with us, so we survived on that. They have fixed restaurants under package. We find there were much better restaurants available in the island. But I must say that both the drivers were really good and helpful.

Our hotel pickup driver, Krishna, was very friendly and professional, and the tour company appeared to have good overall coordination. While Nusa Penida is absolutely stunning, our experience on the island could have been better—the fast boat was quite crowded and may not be suitable for those prone to seasickness, and our guide/driver seemed to be rushing between sites, making it difficult to enjoy the visit at a relaxed pace. We appreciated that he took some photos for us, although they didn't turn out as expected. If possible, I'd also recommend visiting outside the busy morning hours, as the attractions become extremely crowded and hot, making it harder to fully appreciate the island's incredible beauty.
