I loved the audioguide of Notre-Dame de Paris! The narration really brings to life the history, architecture, and magic of this place. Listening to the audio guide as I walked around the area made the visit very special.

There was no tour group to find — our guide lives in your smartphone, which admittedly makes it a little shy in a crowd. I never had access to the audioguides. And now I want to have my money back and it seems to be almost impossible! Nobody in the church knew who you were and when I finally managed to reach the audio guide, I was told that you had nothing to do with the church staff so nobody cared. I want my money back!
Notre-Dame has many experts on Gothic architecture, but unfortunately none are stationed there to troubleshoot third-party audio guides. This is an independent digital audio tour, so there is no representative or meeting point inside the cathedral. It is an excellent self guided tour. You press the button on the app that matches your location and there is a good explanation of what you are standing near. Even on a crowded day you get a better understanding of the Cathedral. REMEMBER that this is a phone App! Bring your earbuds!

We never got to actually go on the tour. It was virtually impossible to find the company in the huge courtyard outside of the cathedral. There were so many groups and they all had very tiny signs. Luckily, the line to get in was short and we were able to enter. We were sad to have paid and missed the experience of having a guide.

When we bought the tickets, they never informed us that we had to go through a process to get the time and meeting point. We never took the guided tour. In other words, we paid and didn't use anything.

We could not locate representative from Wata so we did not get audio system tour equipment from them we should get our money back thank you

This product is a digital audioguide for your own smartphone, not an on-site headset rental or a guided service with a meeting representative. Entry to Notre-Dame itself is free, but our audioguide is a separate digital tour with stories and route guidance. We’re sorry the audioguide turned into a “where are the headphones?” detective story. TouringBee is a digital self-guided audio tour: it works through our app on your own phone, with your own headphones. No mystery box, no counter with equipment, no secret cathedral headset department — just the app, the audio, and your device. The product description states that headphones are not included, but we understand this detail can be easy to miss when booking quickly. If the guide was difficult to activate or use, please contact us at support@touringbee.com. Our team responds quickly and can help you access it or review your case. The audioguide remains available for 1 year from the purchase date, so it has not vanished into the cathedral vaults.
