À notre arrivée au domaine, un verre de Chardonnay nous est offert avant la visite du vignoble biologique. Nous entrons ensuite dans les chais pour découvrir le processus de vinification et déguster un vin rouge directement sorti de la cuve, avant de conclure par une troisième dégustation sensorielle. SOUS RÉSERVE de disponibilité de l'établissement, si le domaine viticole n'est pas disponible, il sera remplacé par un autre aux caractéristiques similaires. Cave Cecchin / Viñas del Cerno
Visite guidée des jardins et de l'huilerie avec dégustation de plus de 5 variétés d'huiles, de conserves et autres produits et dérivés. Si elle n'est pas ouverte aux visites, elle sera remplacée par une autre usine présentant des caractéristiques similaires. Oliveraie du Centenaire
Visite du vignoble avec dégustation, visite de la cave industrielle avec 2 dégustations guidées et possibilité d'acheter des empanadas (non incluses) à déguster avec les vins. Si elle n'est pas disponible, elle sera remplacée par Bodega Vistande ou Bodega Esencia.
Visite du domaine viticole et du musée avec dégustation de jusqu'à 4 vins, y compris des vins doux. Possibilité d'acheter de la glace à base de vin (non incluse). Au cas où l'établissement ne serait pas disponible. Il sera remplacé par un autre présentant des caractéristiques similaires.

Somehow it is a classic and indispensable excursion of Mendoza. For Argentines it is not very original because we have already seen it anyway and at least a little know wine. Basic tips: Even if they are sips you will taste many wines. You'll rarely get a very special one. The most original is the visit to the olive grove. If you are curious take pictures of the leaves of olive groves to understand the varieties. When I tasted the different oils I checked my complete illiteracy in the matter. You will finish the tour with the pleasure of the tour and with very little knowledge more than you had. Anyway I recommend the tour as it is an entertainment, you see landscapes and you will enjoy some expedition. Additional advice: bring some dried fruit to avoid drinking alcohol unaccompanied. And if you don’t like the wine they offer you, discard it gently.

I booked a tour in English but I got a Spanish speaking group where tour guide was just translating some generic stuff to English. As a solo traveler I booked a tour so I can have a group experience, but it was very isolating because I was the only one who couldn't speak to others and also at the destination I was the only one who would get separate guide for English. No one told me this in advance. I don't recommend. Wineries were nice but you can get there on other tours or alone.
