Our tour guide was prompt and knowledgeable about Nikko and the area. He picked us up directly from our hotel. We were blown away by the beauty of the Toshigu shrine and the associated history was quite interesting. The other shrines and temple were also nice. We also got to see several waterfalls and the area around Nikko is stunning.

Amazing trip from start to finish! We all had such a great time. Our guide, JJ, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about the culture he was sharing with us. You could really feel how much he genuinely loves and lives the culture himself, which made all of his explanations even more interesting and authentic. He was also very respectful and attentive to our boundaries, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The car was always spotless, spacious, and he drove very safely throughout the trip. On top of that, he knew all the best places to stop — whether for great food, beautiful pictures, or sightseeing. I was also able to book everything last minute in the evening for the very next day, which was extremely convenient. JJ was very responsive to messages and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing Nikko private tour from Tokyo with family trip was very comfortable and well organized from start to finish. Our guide was friendlypatient, and explained the history and culture in a very simple and interesting way. ToshoguShrine was absolutely beautiful, and the scenery around Nikko was peaceful and refreshing. Traveling by private car made easy especially with kids and elders in the family. We could enjoy the places at our own pace without feeling rushed. The lunch stop was also very nice, and the guide helped us find good local fod. Overall, it was one of the best experiences during our Japan trip. Highly recommended for families visiting Tokyo who want a relaxing and memorable day tour.

We took this trip with Ashan to see Mount Fuji and we were not d. He made a great effort to show us a lot of viewpoints from which we could see Mount Fuji. We went up to the pagoda and Kawaguchiko. Also, we went to Mount Hakone and tried their famous black eggs! It was a great day and we really enjoyed it!
