Billy was engaging and informative. He spoke loud and clear making sure all could hear him. We enjoyed him as our coordinator.
Mary Joanna was a guide. We were the second group to be heard from. The weeds ha ha. Wouldn’t you figure we got lost.? They called my phone and brought it to us as we went to the next advertised function. Above and beyond excellent service wonderful people. They restored my faith in humanity. Only at the magical Falls.
MJ was a fantastic guide. Well worth the money having her share stories and history of the park. The Daredevil museum was underwhelming. Not worth the stop.
It was a great experience. You definitely got your money’s worth. The only thing that was not included in the package deal is the cave of winds. That’s extra, should definitely clarify.
Great way to experience Niagara Falls in less than a day! Operators are very well educated and fun. We used the shuttle to not only go the Maid of the Mist but take us to view the falls on Goat Island. Loved that parking was free when starting at Tugby's.
I took my daughter and niece on a day trip to do this tour and it was nothing short of amazing. The tour guy Howard was so nice and very knowledgeable about the falls and their history. He made the tour entrance kept the girls involved. The falls were breathtaking up close and I can’t wait to go back. Will definitely book this tour again
Great guide very informative and concerned that we would get the most of our tour. We took the Maid of the Mist through the falls and it was spectacular. We were given the interesting facts of the falls. It was a beautiful day and great experience!
Our tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. The actual boat ride is about 15 minutes but you do get some beautiful views.
My experience was terrible. I am handicapped & my guide Billy did not seem to recognize that. He was too busy telling jokes. I struggled so bad on the tour walking & was not informed that I could rent a wheelchair. I missed the boat ride as I just recently had a pacemaker put in and by the time I got up top I was having so much trouble breathing that I could not go any further. My family went without me & I missed the experience. It was not until I asked for assistance to get back to original destination did they point my husband in the direction to get a wheelchair. I was so disappointed & Billy the guide was not helpful at all. I thought that I was going to need an ambulance
Nate was GREAT. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Wish he would’ve been able to go on the boat with us, but he had to stay back and try to gather us all together again, which seemed unnecessary.
