Dave Lopez is a great tour guide. He made the experience feel personal. He was great with the kids as well. Will definitely do it again.
Dave Lopez making it feel personal while keeping the kids engaged too is a combination that clearly hits the mark, no wonder you're already planning a return! 🎡
It was perfect! Our guide was amazing. It was a beautiful walk and Cave of Winds was awesome. You get soaked but the experience was worth it.
That heads up about Cave of Winds is exactly what future guests need to hear, get soaked and love every second of it! 💦
It was an awesome experience. Saied was our guide and made our first time to Niagara Falls so memorable. We didnt know what to expect but he gave us a fun facts and hiatory about the area we never knew. Highly recommended.
Saied clearly made it fun and insightful with those extra facts and stories that bring the place to life. Really appreciate the recommendation.
There was no tour. Our guide basically told us nothing. He walked us around to different points in the park that we could have done on our own. Told us little to nothing and then dropped us off at the Cave of the Winds. This entire experience was done in less than 2 hours. Very disappointing for the price we paid. Would NOT recommend this to anyone.
We’re truly sorry to hear this was your experience. We understand how disappointing it must have felt to not receive the level of guidance and value you were expecting. This is not the standard we aim for and If not, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to help resolve this.
Our guide, Mark was fabulous! He was on time and very knowledgeable about the history of the falls. Thanks Mark!
Mark will be thrilled to hear this! 🌊 His knowledge of the Falls really adds so much to the experience, and it’s great everything started right on time
Make sure to plan for the weather and have shoes that can get wet. We took some snacks which was nice to hold us over as the cafe was pricey. Our guide, Saied, was wonderful! He made sure to throughly explain things and Provided lots of interesting information throughout the tour. I would absolutely book a tour with him again. Overall it was a great experience and we had an awesome time!
Wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting wet because you will get soaked and be sure to hold onto the hand railings as the stairs do get slippery
The guided tour is well worth it. KHALID did a great job, very engaging and knowledgeable about the Falls. Maid of the Mist was awesome, didnt have time to do the Cave of the Winds, tour is longer than the 3 hours listed but no dull moments! Great job Khalid! World Class tour guide for sure!
The tour is longer & includes the Observation Tower & Maid of the Mist but having done that took the tour only for the Cave of the Winds (which is possible). Saied, our guide was super helpful and gave us background, context and history which we otherwise would not have had. Also he mentioned to us about the light show and fireworks in the night which we would otherwise have missed. We had come along with my elderly parents who did not join us for the Cave of the Winds but with the information on the fireworks got them back in the night and my 85 year old father enjoyed the fireworks display immensely. My wife had a Canadian visa and I did not but Saied still explained how she could go across and I could also go onto Rainbow bridge but would still need my passport to come back as the bridge is really in between 2 immigration posts and though you do not need a passport or visa to get onto the bridge from the US side, you need these to come back. I suspect it is the same for someone coming over from Canada (so we now know to carry the passport even if just going onto the bridge and not crossing over into the other country). Saied, also made it clear that we could connect with him any time even after the tour if we had questions or needed any help and he promptly responded to some queries even late evening around 7.30 pm or thereafter so a heart felt Thank You to him.
Great walking tour with information about the area and recommendations for other local activities and restaurants.
Awesome to hear you loved the walking tour and the local knowledge by the guide. We'd love to host you for more locally rich and spirited explorations!
