Naxos: excursion en kayak de mer dans la grotte de Rhina

Had an amazing kayaking experience with «Trekking Hellas Naxos» in Apollonas area (relocated for better weather conditions and totally paid off). Even though I am from Naxos, I discovered and learned so many fascinating things about my own island during this tour. Nikos and Nektarios were outstanding guides. As a complete beginner who had never tried kayaking before, I felt safe and confident throughout the entire trip. They explained the paddling techniques clearly and patiently, making the experience enjoyable from the very beginning. The scenery was breathtaking, and I learned a lot about the history, mythology, and local culture of Naxos. One of the highlights was the delicious picnic they prepared, with energy-boosting snacks and excellent local products that gave us a real taste of the island. I was so impressed that I also joined their Riverbank Adventure hiking tour, which was equally well organized and enjoyable. I highly recommend Trekking Hellas Naxos to anyone visiting the island. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, their professionalism, knowledge, and passion make for an unforgettable experience.

It was a beautiful experience with skilled and informative guides. The water was clear and very smooth. Transport was easy.

Sadly I got the stomach bug the morning of the kayaking & could not leave my hotel room. I contacted tour company to let them know I was sick & tried to reschedule for another day. No availability the following week so I requested my $ back. They will not give me any of my $ back even though I was sick. Giving me half my money back would be something.

We had an excellent time. The guides were superb - safety conscious, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. The route was stunning and there was just the right amount of challenge as we learnt to manage our kayaks. Help and support was offered unobtrusively. The attention to detail was apparent including ensuring that I was provided with gluten free snacks! We would highly recommend both the guides and the trip.

Wonderful day on the water! The team was prepared for adverse conditions on the water & had an alternate location ready with just as cool cave to kayak through and bay for snorkeling! The guides David, Hector, & Nick were amazingly helpful & knowledgeable for all skill levels in our group. The group was small enough to have 1 guide per 2 person kayak for a very attentive experience. As normally a river & lake kayaker they were very helpful giving insights on differences of venue. Loved it would recommend!

This sea kayaking tour was by far a highlight of our trip. The guides were so personable and knowledgeable. My teens did not trust this adventure idea and in the end they both said it was one of their favourite days of our whole trip. Swimming in the cave was so cool and the fact that they keep the group small made it so much easier. We really loved it!

The guides are very knowledgeable, told very good stories, and overall ensured everyone had an amazing time.

This was a beautiful trip to take even though the route had to be changed due to weather conditions. It was too windy to take the route to the caves so we started at a different location and took a calmer route. David & Hector were great guides and the snack on the beach was delicious. We were inexperienced kayakers so the length of the trip and it catering to a beginner level was perfect. Communication with the administration was excellent as well. This tour was the highlight of our Greece trip and well worth the money spent, which was very reasonable.

Sea kayaking with David and Hector was such an incredible experience - the two lads were friendly & professional, and such a fountain of information about the island's history & culture. Absolutely loved every part of our 5 day stay in Naxos, but this was still the highlight. Couldn't recommend it any higher.
