Les transferts partagés autorisent pour chaque passager UNIQUEMENT 1 gros bagage et 1 petit bagage. Les bagages supplémentaires doivent être déclarés au moment de la réservation. Plusieurs prises en charge ou dépôts pour le même groupe ne sont pas possibles sur les transferts en navette partagée Les arrivées de vols multiples pour le même groupe ne sont pas possibles avec le transfert en navette partagée L'heure de prise en charge prévue comprend une fenêtre de 30 minutes. Cela signifie que votre navette arrivera dans les 30 minutes suivant l'heure de prise en charge prévue. Les transferts en navette partagée sont autorisés 1 grand bagage et 1 bagage à main par personne, chaque bagage supplémentaire coûte 10 euros pour les gros bagages et 5 euros pour les bagages à main. Le service de transfert à quai partagé est assuré du 1er décembre au 31 mars UNIQUEMENT pour les groupes d'au moins 4 personnes. Le service de transfert en navette partagée ne fonctionne pas les jours fériés suivants : 25 et 26 décembre, 1er janvier, dimanche et lundi des vacances de Pâques.

Our driver was excellent, he was there early, by almost 20 minutes, but walked in to our hotel to find us. We talked a lot with the other passengers on our drive, but we got there safely and early! After our port transfer was canceled by our cruise line, this was an easy and smooth process from start to finish. I would recommend this transfer to anyone needing a ride around!
Excellent service. Picked up outside our hotel and dropped off outside the port embarkation terminal. No hassle. No struggling with luggage through the streets of a very hot and very busy Rome. My advice would be to check your pick up details with the company the evening prior to pickup, as the info received from Viator differed. Excellent communication from the company; prompt and friendly.

Driver was 15 minutes early, which was great. Driver was very pleasant . He also spoke pretty good English, that made it more comfortable for us.

Our driver was very nice, called when he arrived and was great. Good drive to the cruise terminal. And took us all the way up to drop us off at the check in! Didn't think he would get us that closer. Great!

Be ready early for your departure as driver could be up to 30 mins early! Our driver Carlos was very pleasant and courteous. Only downside was we had to wait at least half an hour for our last pickup.

Our door-to-door service is convenient for those who are not in a hurry and is more economical than a private transfer. Shared transfers are highly appreciated by our guests, who can save money and share the experience with other cruise passengers, traveling comfortably to their ship's entrance. Thank you again. The activity provider sent us a message a day before and assured us that ride has been arranged and that there might be some delays due to the public holiday since streets were closed. The pick up on the day was smooth and we had no problems! Though it was a bit pricey, it was well worth it for the convenience! This is a shared shuttle so we were with out customers but our luggage fit in their van and the ride was comfortable! They dropped us off in front of our cruise ship.

Stefano made our transfer from the hotel to the cruise port so easy! He picked us up directly in front of the hotel on time and took us all the way to the doors of the port. It made our day so relaxing and easy!
