No issues. Shuttle was on time and the driver was friendly. There are probbaly better options but this worked for our needs and the pricing was reasonable.

Fairy Bus or another bus?
The bus was NOT marked as The Fairy Bus. It was a bus marked AbestX, no indication that this was the shuttle to the airport. My husband walked up to the driver and found my name on his roster. That is how we knew it was my shuttle to the airport. The driver arrived at 9:39, pick up was scheduled at 9:30. I get this is not super late, but when you have a flight to catch, you want the shuttle on time or a few minutes early. We were starting to worry about the shuttle arriving. I texted the shuttle service prior to the arrival and response was not received until 9:39. Once on the shuttle, the ride was uneventful. I would recommend sending a text that the actual bus name will be………..

The bus needed some work...
The bus needed some work - there were no shock absorbers and the ride was very bumpy. I was the only passenger for awhile, and I understand why.

Our return shuttle to the airport arrived on time, and the trip was smooth and comfortable. Everything went as planned, making our journey back stress-free. Thank you for the reliable and efficient service!

I was stressed out for the driver!
The company was quick to accommodate, but I fear the drivers will be distracted by the many calls they get from headquarter. They called him every minute for an ETA. Give these drivers a hands free headset! He was stressed out, and it made me nervous that he had to reach for his phone so many times. It’s not safe for anyone!

We had a very good driver...
We had a very good driver for our return trip to YYC Airport from Canmore. It would be helpful if there were more pickup points in Canmore than at the North Winds Motel. We were on 8th Avenue and had to roll luggage this distance. It might would be nice for the pickup be closer such as the Sav On Grocery Store and the Tim Hortons that is attached to the store. If it had been raining this could have caused alot of problems. Thank you.

Aweful roads Great driver
Booked with Viator Fairy bus from Canmore to Calgary airport the roads were very icy The driver handled the icy roads well.. definitely recommend this service
