Nous mettons à votre disposition un chauffeur hautement qualifié, fort d'une longue expérience. Le chauffeur comprendra bien l'Anglais et connaît parfaitement les conditions de circulation locales. Le véhicule que nous mettons à votre disposition est exclusivement un monospace, capable d'accueillir des bagages volumineux. Malheureusement, il n'est pas facile de se procurer un monospace gratuit ici au Japon. Dans le pire des cas, il faut attendre le minibus plus de deux heures aux heures de pointe. Si vous êtes un groupe de plus de trois personnes, il est indispensable de réserver un véhicule à l'avance.

Great communication and easy to book. Had an early arrival so managed to organize an earlier pick up with no issues
Hayano provided betind excellent service. Our ship was over 4 hours delayed in docking but he waited patiently and directed us where to go, assisted us with all our luggage and did his very best to get us to the airport in time. We still ended up missing our flight because of the ship issues but having him get us through the transfer process from the port to the shuttle to the pick-up area definitely made our worst ship experience more bearable.
