The driver was very personable on time. It was a great experience.. This company by far has been the best experience I’ve had flying into Maui getting to my hotel.
Easy to book online. They were good communicators before my trip and then when we landed. Very punctual. The driver was pleasant and helpful.
Vehicle was very clean and the driver was helpful and efficient. I requested information through the app over 24 hours prior to using the service two times and never got a response. When calling by phone, I did get to speak to a representative and got my questions answered.
Our driver Ray was super friendly and made the ride more enjoyable and my wife and I had the entire van to ourselves which Ray said was typical.
It was extremely quick and easy to book. Our driver was on time and was wonderful to chat with. I would recommend again and again for airport arrival or departure.

Very nice. Lady picked us up right on time at the hotel for our ride to the airport but she said the engine was smoking and overheating. We had to call an Uber. Very stressful travel experience

Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced shuttle service. Considering the swing in Rideshare App prices, this beat even the low end of prices I had seen. I would recommend.
Our drivers were great. Super friendly! The customer service was awful. Our flight time was changed the day before the flight and we could not change the ride. The lady who answered the phone told us she couldn’t change it, we had to call “scheduling” but would not give us a number to call. She then told us to call the airline. I spoke to our concierge, he called and there was no answer. When we called the morning of the ride, we were told it was too late!!
