- Pour l'arrivée: notre chauffeur vous attendra à l'accueil de l'aéroport, muni d'une pancarte à votre nom. Si votre vol est en retard, ne vous inquiétez pas, le chauffeur vous attendra jusqu'à votre arrivée. Vous serez ensuite conduit à votre hôtel ou riad dans un Van confortable et climatisé. - Pour le départ: Notre chauffeur vient vous cherchez à votre hôtel dans la réception. Pour les riads on fixe un point de rendez-vous le plus proche de votre riad, si la rue n'est pas accessible en voiture. La prise en charge est offerte si votre hôtel ou riad est au centre ville ou loin du centre à 5 Kilomètres. Hors cette zone vous payer un supplément de 1 Euro par kilomètre par personne.

We used this chauffeur service from June 13 to 16 in Marrakech and we are delighted with it. A big thank you to Salah for his kindness, professionalism, and punctuality throughout our stay. Thank you also to Youssef, who was very responsive and took care of all our restaurant and excursion reservations with great efficiency. Very good taxi service! Very easy communication, punctual, and the fare was announced in advance! The vehicle was air-conditioned and suitable for our group of 6 people; everything was perfect ☺️ We booked this taxi for round trips to the airport as well as for the Majorelle Garden. The taxi came to pick us up at the hotel.

I had communicated with the company several days before my departure, I provided them with my flight schedule and the address of my rental, and they confirmed that everything was in order. Upon arriving in the taxi, he told me that the address was not correct and that it was further than expected, but without further explanation. Arriving 4 km from our rental in the suburbs, he asked us for an additional €10 to take us to our destination; we refused, and he dropped us off at a gas station in a remote area at 1 AM with our 15-year-old daughter, our suitcases, and no internet. We were lucky to find another taxi, but it could have ended badly. I believe that all of this was planned in advance by the service provider. When I enter the address I gave them into Google Maps, I immediately find my rental. I communicated with them several days in advance to avoid any unpleasant surprises upon arrival; if they had any doubts, they could have asked me the question. I am very disappointed with this service and strongly advise against it! It is better to take a taxi upon arriving at the airport.
