Les jouets aquatiques et les flotteurs sont inclus, ainsi que l'accès aux kayaks et aux planches à pagaie. Pour plus de sensations fortes, des jet skis sont disponibles à la location. The staff was awesome and I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this excursion!!!!!
Fantastic trip!! Service and staff was extremely hospitable. Our first time to Bahamas and this is must to do on the trip. Boat ride to the island was smooth sailing the entire way. Once at the island, pool chairs and umbrellas for everyone, lunch provided and choice of swing in the water, trampolines, jet ski, banana boat and even a floating table to eat lunch in the water (which we did!). Then the pigs, super friendly, super clean and had a blast holding and feeding!! Well worth the money and after 5 days staying in the Bahamas with ton of fun at resort and dolphin play, this was the highlight of our trip. Family of four, two daughters 15 and 17 and they loved every minute! Highly recommend!!
We had a great experience the staff was amazing we were delayed by lightning and they did a great job keeping us informed and made sure that we didn’t lose any time. We wish the snorkeling was longer but overall it was outstanding the island was very nice and well kept. We would definitely go back.
We did the short trip, 2 1/2hrs. It was the perfect amount of time for seeing the pigs, eating lunch and enjoying the water!
We were delayed an hour form weather which is fine they updates us every 30 minutes, and offered to stay longer at the ping beach, but that itself was like a 15 minute experience and otherwise the beach there was rocky and not worth swimming in.. They rushed us through snorkeling only giving less than 20 minutes to do that which was what I wanted to spend my time doing mostly and the entire thing was 2 hours NoT 4 hours. The food was basic at best. I was not impressed. But the pigs were so cute.

We'd also like to provide some context regarding your visit. On the day of your tour, severe weather delayed our operations by approximately one hour. Rather than shorten your island experience, we offered all guests additional time at the beach to help make up for the delayed departure. Our standard snorkeling stop is approximately 20 minutes, as it is designed to give guests enough time to enjoy the reef while still allowing them to experience the other activities included in the tour. For guests who prefer to spend significantly more time snorkeling, we recommend one of our dedicated snorkeling excursions. We also noticed you mentioned that your tour lasted only two hours instead of four. It appears you were booked on our 2.5-hour express tour, not our 4-hour extended experience. The extended tour is a separate product specifically designed for guests who want additional beach and relaxation time. We're sorry the beach conditions weren't to your liking. Following periods of rough weather, rocks can sometimes be pushed onto the shoreline by the surf, and our team works continuously to clear them as conditions allow. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll consider visiting us again under better weather conditions to experience Mansa Bay at its very best.
Amazing! The narration about the island on the way to the beach with the pigs was neat. I wish this excursion was a lot longer than 2 hours I wish it was 4. From getting off the boat, to feeding pigs, drinking rum punch and getting a quick bite of food that they provide feels so rushed. But overall an amazing experience. Snorkeling felt also rushed but a neat experience to do. The company and our boat excursion team was truly amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Brought my gf on this for her birthday and she loved it. Her favorite part was feeding the pigs and mine was snorkeling at the end. I highly recommend this if you’re going to The Bahamas.
The excursion was already 45 minutes late. The boat wasn’t there. They kept saying it’s 10 minutes away over and over. We left, but Viator was amazing and refunded our money. The trip manager said we “should” be back in time for our cruise. We asked over and over and all he could say is that we “should” be back on time. He couldn’t have cared less if we got stuck off of our ship. He then told a trainee to never say a time back in the port is guaranteed. Everybody was nervous. Stay away from this excursion.

On this particular day, severe weather earlier in the day delayed our morning operations, which unfortunately caused the 1:00 PM tour to depart approximately 45 minutes late. Because we know how important it is for cruise guests to return on time, we made the decision to offer full refunds to any guests who no longer felt comfortable taking the tour. While your review mentions that Viator refunded you, the refund was actually issued by us directly, as this is our standard policy whenever weather or operational delays make guests uncomfortable proceeding. Regarding the return time, our team is trained never to guarantee a return time after an unexpected delay because weather and marine conditions are outside of anyone's control. Rather than make a promise we cannot honestly guarantee, we believe it's more responsible to be transparent so guests can make the decision that's best for them. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the weather that day. The safety of our guests and ensuring they have peace of mind are always our highest priorities, and that is exactly why we chose to provide full refunds instead of asking anyone to take a risk they weren't comfortable with.
Unfortunately, the boat was running quite late and the guides were unable to guarantee we would be back in time to make the ship. Disappointing, it was a bucket list activity. I know they have a stressful job working with the public, but were rude to the point of being aggressive on this particular day. Money and vacation time thrown away. I’ve booked with Viator on other occasions and have never had an issue. I totally understand that things happen, however no refund was offered, nor any concern about getting back to port in time to make all aboard. They told us we should probably make it. Island time is real, but so is ships time.

We went on this excursion for the pigs, and that part did not disappoint! Fed pigs in the water, on the shore, and got to hold a baby piglet! Nice lunch and beverages flowing. The only negative I would give is the brief snorkeling stop- I wish we would have stayed at the beach longer with the pigs. The snorkeling was in high current water, no fins were provided and it was difficult to swim because of the type of life jackets provided. Service and staff were helpful and ensured our safety. Would recommend.
