The performer/tour guide was nice. It was somewhat informative about some very general Nashville facts. But there really were no sights to see. Overall underwhelming for the price in my honest opinion.
Very Nice service and pleasant Good live music. The commentary was very Informative and interesting.
What I would tell everyone, is there is little to no parking near Boat, and trying to find out information was very hard, because, there is just a little mobile kiosk on the sidewalk, that if you’re not looking for it you will miss, the handicap assistance, was daunting trying to get down to the boat, myself and father both had mobility scooters, and had to go along way around over train tracks where we had to pull and push our scooters over, we were able to take them onto the boat, but the gangway was so steep and had a huge step at the boat I damaged my steering column. The cruise itself was very pleasant, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, we did enjoy the outside benches and information along the way from the captain.
Very nice tour. Knowledgeable captain and crew, had good weather, and enjoyed the trip / cruise. Wish we could have gambled on it but that’s a different idea / option 😋
Food and snacks and drinks were expensive. Not a lot of variety. Guide was very knowledgeable. Singer was good.
An excellent experience for all ages to enjoy. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. We appreciated their hospitality and assistance with my 90 year old mother to ensure she was able to navigate entering and exiting the boat safely.
I surprised my Boyfriend with a river boat cruise and we both loved it! Niko and Adrian made the whole experience!
Riverboat cruise was fun and informative. I went with friends. I felt like I was in a Mark Twain adventure.
Very unpleasant experience as i was not able to hear the narration about the history of Tennessee. Groups within the tour were very loud and rude.
This was such a relaxing day, just what we needed. Not overly busy, lots of seating with shading if wanted. There is also a live singer onboard with the choice of drinks & food. Purchases are by card only. There is a lot of industry history along the Cumberland river. We enjoyed this tour which was well organised
