Naples Chapelle Sansevero et Christ voilé avec ticket

Description

very special ,a must see experience
It's actually really short and perhaps could be done without a tour as it's so crowded in there already
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the visit may feel quite short, but this is due to the Chapel’s regulations and high visitor numbers, which limit the time spent inside. We appreciate your note that this is not the responsibility of the tour operator. Our goal is to make the most of the available time by providing context and explanations that help visitors better understand and appreciate the Chapel and its masterpieces.
Fantastic experience with Stefania. Very easy to locate the meeting point, then take the short walk to the Sansevero. Really interesting tour with a very passionate and knowledgeable guide, definitely worth it, and goes without saying that the sculptures you see are amazing.
The guide was really good, she was so informative and without the guide, a lot of symbolism would have been missed, I loved it
Extraordinary and perfectly organized tour! The visit to the Sansevero Chapel was a fascinating and unforgettable experience, made even more special by our guide, Mery. Mery proved to be an exceptional professional: extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate. Thanks to her clear and detailed explanations, we were able to fully appreciate the history, symbolism, and artistic wonders of the Sansevero Chapel. Her ability to tell stories and convey emotions made the admiration of the magnificent Veiled Christ even more evocative, a masterpiece that leaves one speechless. The organization by Viator was impeccable, from the booking to the conclusion of the tour. Everything was managed with punctuality and professionalism, allowing us to experience the visit in complete serenity. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Naples. A heartfelt thank you to Mery for her expertise, availability (we were late and she kindly called us), and passion: she transformed a simple visit into a precious memory that we will carry with us.
Capella is beautiful but our guide came 10 minuten late and had an pretty incoherent story in difficult to follow English. If you just read the information on the displays in the capella, you’re better off.
Good morning. First of all, we’re sorry that you weren’t completely satisfied with the experience. As for our guides’ performance, our goal is to provide a high-quality, professional service. Sometimes a guide may not click with a traveler, and when that happens, it’s always disappointing. The one thing that’s not in question is our guides’ English proficiency; to qualify as guides, they must provide certification of their language proficiency level. So, if you were not satisfied with the experience with the guide, it certainly wasn’t due to the guide’s English proficiency. As for the delay, since these are very busy periods with many consecutive tours, it can happen that the guide runs a few minutes late, often due to the visitor limits imposed by the chapel. We do everything we can to avoid this, but it can happen sometimes. When it does, travelers are immediately notified via text message of the guide’s slight delay.
Unforgettable, exciting, well-prepared staff, and very engaging; absolutely recommended to everyone.
Nothing to say, the guide is very kind. The visit is well explained and efficient (not too long). A place rich in history and know-how.
Well-prepared and courteous guide. Not a large group. Functional skip-the-line service. Functional and appropriate explanations.
It was truly an interesting and exciting experience. Our guide, Mary, is fantastic: very knowledgeable and passionate.
