Nice but unfortunately not everywhere was open. Lovely palace with lots to see. We were lucky as there was a parade at the front during the day!
Does not take as long as stated in the tour description but really is a amazing palace to see. Also pretty cheap.
When we arrived, the voucher was not readable with anyone’s smartphones. The people that worked there told us that we were one group in a series that had arrived there with this voucher that we had paid for, that was no good. They said many people had called about it and nothing had been done. When we proved that we had actually made the purchase they gave us tickets to go in anyway, but it was out of their kindness, not because of the company. Had they turned us away, we would’ve been very upset, out of money, and out of a precious day of vacation. As it was, it took so long to actually get our tickets and get in that we had to cut our visit short even though we had planned things very well and got up early. Not happy.
Good morning, first of all, thank you for your review. We always send the voucher together with the official tickets for Royal Palace, along with the audio guide, 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Unfortunately, the VoxCity voucher is not valid for entry, which is why we also include the official tickets in the same communication. We will work on making the instructions on the voucher clearer in the product description. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our apologies once again. Kind regards, VoxCity
Wonderfully preserved palace Lots of information. The private royal garden is extra but worth it. Views are amazing.
Good morning, Thank you for providing your valuable feedback. We’re sincerely happy and appreciative that you liked our service. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back soon! Kind regards, VoxCity
These tickets are just for entering to the beautiful Naples Palace, which was largely a self tour, they just have security monitoring the displays, but they leave you alone so you can explore at your leisure. (So, no guide leading you.) The palace is huge and the building can take all day to explore, but they only had certain rooms available for the public. That by itself was a large walk! I don't regret visiting this palace it is definitely worth it.
Good morning, Thank you so much for your helpful feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed our service and hope to have the chance to welcome you again. Kind regards, VoxCity
