Travelling alone I felt safe and in good hands with Navin. He was very informative and patient as I was looking for a present for my mother.
The whole trip was a shambles .temple was ok, the village a non event, you had to watch where you walk incase you stepped in dog dropping, the garden was the highlight. Then two thirds of the party pulled out and we took a taxi it was that badly organized.
Bula Joanne, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your Nadi Sightseeing experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been, particularly with the issues surrounding the organization of the tour. We would also like to clarify that we were only made aware later that Viseisei Village had been closed due to the passing of the village chief. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated or relayed to us in advance, and we sincerely apologize that we were unable to inform your group beforehand. We’re pleased to hear that the Garden was a highlight of your day, but we regret that the overall experience was not what you expected. We take your comments regarding the organization seriously and will be reviewing this with our team to help prevent similar situations in the future. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Vinaka vakalevu, Epic Team Fiji
Unfortunately this was not what we expected. No commentary from driver. Just ‘here is the temple’ ‘here is the village’. On top of this we couldn’t go in the temple because of some worship. Unfortunately a chief had recently died so we couldn’t go into the village either. The gardens were ok. The market was very small. The souvenir shop was just one shop quite selly! The driver I guess tried his best but we were put with another couple who booked the mud pools and we specifically chose a tour without this. As the driver was unable to take us back, we would have to go and wait at the mud pools adding at least another hour and a half to our trip so we took a taxi at extra cost. Very disappointed. We’ve done many tours over the years and this was probably the worst one. Sorry to have to say all this but at the end of the day we paid for something we feel we did not receive.
Saten picked us up from our Airbnb. He arrived a few minutes early in a beautifully maintained vehicle including a safety seat for the baby. He is a good driver and very considerate to his customers to ensure that they have an enjoyable day. I recommend epic transfer and tours for your next visit to Fiji.

A nice tour with good information about the First Fijian village. Loved the Beautiful Hindu Temple and the kava ceremony. Also enjoyed the Sleeping Giant botanical garden Our guide was very good.
We dealt with Junior Ali on a combined trip to the temple, markets, orchid garden and sleeping giant walk and mud baths, Junior was a fabulous guide, very knowledgeable and informative and very friendly even shouting us a beautiful chi tea after the temple. He was funny and we enjoyed his company so much so and his level of service we booked him for our trip to the airport when we sadly had to leave beautiful Fiji. We will return next year and Junior will be our go to guy. Plus his new car was amazing!!! Love him xx
Bula Lana, Thank you so much for your incredible review! We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your time with Junior Ali. It sounds like you had a fantastic day exploring the temples, markets, orchid garden, Sleeping Giant, and mud baths—such a great mix of experiences! Junior will be so happy to know his knowledge, humour, and thoughtful gesture with the chai tea made your trip even more special. We’re also thrilled you chose to travel with him again for your airport transfer—that truly means a lot to us. Your kind words about his service and even his new vehicle are greatly appreciated! We can’t wait to welcome you back next year, and we’ll be sure Junior is ready to take care of you again. Warm regards, Epic Team Fiji
The visit includes some interesting places like the garden, the Vilseisei villa and the Hindu temple. However, the stops in the center and the market are not worth it. It is not a guided tour as it is basically a chauffeur that moves you from place to place, except for the villa , where a local guide explains in a very pleasant way. The agency got confused and they were trying to take us on another itinerary. Luckily, the other passengers hadn’t chosen the mud pool option either and we were able to make the right journey.
Unfortunately the tour driver did not show up. After another operator at the front of the hotel called them they sent a message saying the driver was caught in traffic which seems hard to believe.
Bula Tanya, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience. However, after checking our records, we cannot find any booking under your name with Epic Transfers & Tours Fiji for this service. It appears this may have been arranged through another operator. We kindly ask that reviews relating to other companies be directed to the correct provider so they can properly investigate and resolve the matter. If you would like, you are welcome to contact us directly so we can assist you with any genuine Epic booking concerns in the future. Warm regards, Epic Team Fiji
We enjoyed the Sleeping Giant—it was beautiful. The rest wasn’t so enjoyable. It wasn’t exactly a tour but a driver, and a very sexist one at that. Didn’t even look or speak to me, talked only to my husband the entire time which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. He pointed out some female drivers in a derogatory way as well. He also took us to several stores where we were pressured to buy cheap souvenirs we did not want. I think this would have been better as a group tour, where they treat tourists equally considering that they rely so heavily on tourist money for their economy.
