So disappointing. We did show up late, which was our fault, so the “guide” rescheduled us for an hour later. We were not given the option of the next 30 minute entry. The guide bought us gelato, left us at the restaurant and said he would come back for us. He never returned. We found him and then stood at the end of the line to get in. If we had skipped the gelato, we would have been at the front of the line and in the Vatican 20 minutes earlier. All of this mattered because we had another tour we needed to get to, which we explained to the guide from the beginning and he just ignored us. Oh, and he rebooked 3 of our tickets for the correct time and the 4th one for the wrong time. Not worth the money. Pay extra and go somewhere else more professional.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This was our mistake for being 1 hour late. We promise this will not happen again, and we will make sure to inform our guests at least 24 hours in advance about any changes or delays. The final decision will always be respected according to the guest’s preference. Thank you for your understanding.
We were under the impression that our ticket was digital, received and that we were just to go in the line. But i was messaged by a Stranger who had to print our tickets and give to us which i barely registered. We also had to wait an extra half hour. The ebook is ok, but really not much extra value .
