Fetah was knowledgeable and provided an educational and interesting tour. He is clearly passionate about his work. The only challenge was with the headsets. There was quite a bit of background noise and sometimes it was difficult to hear.

Our guide Mo was amazing! She had great information and knowledge. Even though she must give this tour numerous times a day, she delivered the information with such passion and love for art that your felt like she was sharing this for the first time. We have had several tours through our recent trip and the skill of balancing information with engagement is really important. I did read some bad reviews about the ease of the meet up. For me, my daughter, and all of our group, we had no problems with this. It was very smooth!

Monty was a very well informed of the history of France and how the Louvre fitted into the narrative. He was very professional and courteous. He showed us an amazing amount of objects and spent time with some of the important items. He was on time and gave great value and his time. I would highly recommend him as a guide.

Absolutely do not book with company. They apparently do not know how to count and left 4 people in the lobby of the louve in front of group customer service with no support or guidance. They said they didn’t have enough tickets. How exactly does that happen especially when you plan many months to almost a year in advance and pay for the tour. They left my son and his girlfriend and a mom and daughter. We both reported this company to the louve security and management. To allow all of them to see some of the louve we had to purchase additional tickets. The company was closed and they did not answer the after hours emergency line. They finally responded 2 hours after the tour which would have just ended. The funny thing is they said sorry for the inconvenience and offered a seine river cruise to make up for the issue. Like we would ever book anything with them again. Who know where we would have ended up or was left behind. Again. Do not use this company or book this tour.
It was great to see the art work & of course the Monna Lisa, the tour guide was friendly & enthusiastic but there was a lot of talking, a little too much, we had the use of a locker for the group & toilets at the beginning of the tour, just for group tours which was convenient. The museum was quite warm inside though, so no need for jackets or coats. I’m glad we went but towards the end I’d had enough, just wanted to see the Monna Lisa then get out.
