Embarquez pour une aventure hivernale ultime au mont Titlis. Le matin, profitez d'une brève visite de Lucerne, l'une des plus belles villes des Alpes suisses. L'après-midi, essayez de skier pour la première fois sur les pentes Junior du mont Titlis; aucune expérience n'est requise. Si vous avez sélectionné l’option « Avec Sommet », vous aurez également la chance de prendre le téléphérique Rotair jusqu’au sommet du mont Titlis (3 028 mètres d’altitude) et de profiter d’une vue panoramique imprenable sur les Alpes suisses.

Itinéraire
Après le ramassage à la gare routière de Sihlquai à Zurich, un voyage en autocar panoramique vous emmène à travers la belle campagne et le long des rives du lac des Quatre-Cantons jusqu'à la charmante ville de Lucerne.
Profitez d'un bref trajet d'orientation, où votre guide vous indiquera les principales attractions de cette charmante ville, telles que le pont de la chapelle, l'hôtel de ville, l'église des Jésuites et le centre de la culture et des congrès (KKL). Profitez d'un peu de temps libre pour explorer la vieille ville avant de poursuivre votre voyage vers Engelberg, où se trouve la station inférieure du téléphérique du mont Titlis.
Un voyage à couper le souffle avec le téléphérique vous emmène à la station intermédiaire «Trübsee» où commence votre aventure sur neige. Un membre du personnel du snow park vous attendra à la station et vous conduira au snow park où vous recevrez tout le matériel nécessaire à votre aventure sur neige. Faites vos premiers pas à skis sur la pente douce pour débutants - une expérience inoubliable à ne pas manquer. Après votre première expérience sur les skis, vous pouvez également profiter de la descente de la pente sur des tubes à neige. Un membre du personnel du parc à neige sera sur place pour superviser les activités.
Si vous avez sélectionné l'option ''avec sommet'', poursuivez votre aventure en prenant le téléphérique aérien jusqu'au sommet du mont Titlis, situé à 3 028 mètres d'altitude. Depuis la terrasse ensoleillée, profitez d'une vue magnifique sur les Alpes suisses et prenez des photos en souvenir. En fin d'après-midi, descendre par les téléphériques aériens.
Retournez via Lucerne à Zurich, où votre excursion d'une journée bien remplie se termine par un retour à la gare routière de Sihlquai.

We had an awesome experience as first time skiiers. The check in andbus ride and the tour guide (konrad) was soo good. Very imformative. My sticker received at checkin(like ID)drop of half way thru the trip. AT Mount Titlis, everything was organized and all staff friendly. I didnt see any lockers to store your shoes/ personal items after changing into ski gear...i think they should add a pic taken person. During sking to one to take your pics...lol.... Overall its was fantastic!

I am delighted with the tour. The organization was perfect. Our tour guide Marianne informed us bilingually about everything worth seeing and knowing. Marianne did a great job! Bravo and thank you Marianne. Although the weather on the Titlis was not really nice, lots of fog, everyone was more than happy. Thanks for the amazing tour and the excellent tour guide. Always happy to return.
Overall this tour was okay, but the snow experience add on was a waste of money. We were told to get off the cable car at the first stop and there would be a staff member to help us. This was not the case. We wandered aimlessly and eventually asked two different employees and neither knew about it. There weren’t even any signs to tell you where to go. I wish the guide had gone with us to show us where we were supposed to go. Having wasted almost an hour, we gave up and just went to the top of the mountain. The views were spectacular, but I wish I hadn’t spent an extra $60 for something I didn’t even get to experience. Also for the first stop in Lucerne, you only get about an hour which was hardly enough time to walk to the lion monument and back to the bus before it leaves. Other than these two disappointments, the rest of the tour was decent. The guide was friendly and spoke multiple languages including English.

Conveniently located along the journey, this stop gives our guests the chance to explore the old town or to grab a snack or a drink before proceeding to the main highlight, Mt. Titlis. While we understand that you would have preferred to spend more time in Lucerne, it is unfortunately not possible to also extend the tour duration. At check-in, our guests receive a comprehensive booklet with all the information regarding the activity, as well as our contact details for any emergencies. Additionally, according to your guide, he also briefed everyone on the procedure before the arrival at the cable car station to ensure a smooth experience for all. It surprises us to read that you were unable to locate the activity site, especially since all the other 7 guests of the same tour found it and enjoyed the activity to the fullest. We also regret that you didn’t reach out to us for assistance, as we would have been more than happy to help ensure you could successfully participate. However, please understand that issuing a partial refund is not possible, as we are obligated to cover the costs of the services provided by our partner, Mt Titlis, which are included in the tour. I cannot recommend this tour due to severe communication issues. Upon check-in, we were instructed to await a Mt. Titlus employee to escort us to the snow experience area, as per the brochure. However, no staff members were present upon our arrival, leaving us stranded. Despite the tour guide's directions, we were unable to locate the designated area, as the building was obscured by snow. Our attempts to seek assistance from mountain staff proved futile, resulting in wasted time and frustration. Despite my request for a partial refund for the snow experience, it was denied. This disappointing experience has deterred me from booking with Viator in the future. Despite its high cost, the tour failed to deliver, echoing similar sentiments expressed by other reviewers.
