Excursion d'une journée au mont Fuji, pagode Chureito et lac Kawaguchiko au départ de Tokyo

Very good excursion and very well explained by Yuri, our guide. It's a shame that it was cloudy that day and I couldn't see Mount Fuji, the food was excellent and the itinerary very complete. I recommend booking with you.

The tour itself was good, although unfortunately it rained the entire time, so we were not really able to see Mount Fuji. Of course, the weather is beyond anyone’s control. Our guide was good and provided clear and interesting explanations throughout the tour. The biggest disappointment was the lunch option included with the tour. The food was terrible. It was supposed to be a beef bowl, but there was barely any meat in it. I definitely would have preferred to buy my own lunch and spend that extra money on something much better. Overall, the tour was good and the guide did a good job, but I would recommend booking it without the lunch option

Went to the meeting point on time and weren’t there. Apparently because of bad weather. It was my last day and didn’t offer a refund they only offered to reschedule which I couldn’t do.

It was good, except the top of the Mt Fuji was cloudy. We couldn't see it at all at Lawson's store, and the final stop there was a thunderstorm, so did not walk up the 384 steps to the pagoda to see it as it wouldn't have been visible. We walked up some of the way. Apparently, it's only visible 80 days in the year, so we were lucky to see what we saw.

Having a tour guide that has an interest in their work and a pride in their country, so much so that they want tour groups to have a great experience, makes all the difference. This is one of those tours. Highly recommended.

The weather wasnt great, the clouds obstructed the mountain. But I do highly commend the guide. He was fantastic. Guy speaks 3 languages and involved everyone. Give that man a raise immediately.

The bus parks very far away and there's lots of walking and then you go to the temple there's a long queue to get to the top to see the view and they wouldn't give you enough time to do that. If you don't take their food they will drop you at a place where there aren't many options for restaurants and make you walk even farther. Overall couldn't really get much time at the locations because of the extra walking from the bus parking area to the attractions. Felt very rushed and not achieved much.

The time of year unfortunately meant we didn’t see the Mountain You need to be careful of the time of year otherwise a wasted money

Our guide, Michiko, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and was very responsible. The tour itself was amazing except for the Lawson stop. That was an unnecessary part of the tour. Otherwise, had an amazing time with my family.

We had a very bad experience on this tour. To be fair, we booked during a busy national holiday which made the travel time from Tokyo over 3 hours each way. This also caused each stop to be extremely crowded. So I would not recommend booking during the busiest times. The most unfortunate part of the tour was that after an announcement was made by the tour leader that each stop would have a firm departure time and if you missed the time you would be required to take a taxi to the next stop, it wasn’t enforced. At the first two stops the same family was late and at the 2nd stop they were 12 minutes late. When they finally arrived the man became extremely belligerent to other passengers including me. Everyone was frightened and upset. Nothing was done about it except the 2 people that were most assaulted were given a small cake. We had to continue the rest of the tour unsure of what would happen next with this man. In the other passengers opinion he should have been asked to leave the tour but he suffered no consequences. This tour was run by Japan VIP tours.
