Mr. Abdellatif is an engaging guide who knows his city. He took pains to explain not only the facts but the cultural and historical significance of the Hassan II Mosque and other major sights of Casablanca.
Abdellatif our guide was brilliant as he welcomed us to Hassan II Mosque in pouring rain, outlined its history and cultural importance and showed us round the huge building. Kind and patient, Abdulletif also showed us the Arts Academy and waited while we made several purchases. I can fully recommend Casablanca City Private Tour
The tour in Casablanca was great and informative. We enjoyed the experience inside Hassan II mosque. Thanks abdelattit for your time
Thank you so much for your lovely review, I'm so glad you enjoyed the tour and found it informative ; that is always my goal! And the Hassan II Mosque... it never gets old for me either. Even after countless visits, I still feel the same sense of awe every single time I step inside. It truly is one of the most breathtaking landmarks not just in Morocco, but in the entire world ,and sharing that experience with visitors like yourself is one of the greatest joys of my work. Thank you for choosing Morocco Maven Tours and for taking the time to share your experience. It means a great deal to me personally. I hope Casablanca surprised you in the best possible way, and that Morocco stays in your heart for a long time. You are always welcome back. Warm regards, Abdellatif
We had a great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. He took great care of us and we would highly recommend him for anyone wanting a private tour guide who realy knows a lot of history about morocco.
Dear Mrs. Jen, Thank you so much to you and your friend for your kind and thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to me. I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that you found it informative and engaging. It was a real pleasure taking care of you and sharing Morocco’s history and culture with you. Your recommendation is deeply appreciated and is the greatest reward for my work as a guide. I hope Morocco remains a beautiful memory for you both, and I would be honored to welcome you again anytime in the future. Warm regards, Abdellatif
Abdel was very knowledgeable and a good story teller. We visited the Hassan II Mosque (which is impressive and a must-see! And Abdel made a lot of comparisons between religions, drawing parallels, showing where Jewish artisans worked on the building alongside Muslims and Christians) in addition to Synagogue, Jewish Museum and other sites. On our request (not included in price of the tour), he took us to a lunch place which was one of the best meals of our trip. Even though tour is based in Casablanca, he was able to make arrangements for us to go from Rabat and everything went smoothly.
What a wonderful and detailed review ;thank you so much for sharing your experience so generously! This is exactly the kind of feedback that makes my work feel truly meaningful. The Hassan II Mosque is always a highlight, but what I love most is the conversation it opens up the story of Jewish artisans working side by side with Muslim and Christian craftsmen on this monument is one of Morocco's most beautiful and often untold stories. It speaks to something very special about this country's soul, and I'm so glad that resonated with you. Visiting the Synagogue and the Jewish Museum alongside the Mosque is very close to my heart as well. Morocco's Jewish heritage is an inseparable part of our history and identity, and I believe every visitor deserves to see that full, rich picture rather than just one side of it. I'm also delighted the lunch spot was a highlight of your trip! Those off the beaten path local tables are where Casablanca really reveals itself . I always love when guests are open to that kind of spontaneous discovery. And of course, organizing the pickup from Rabat was my pleasure ;a small detail that I hope made your day flow effortlessly from start to finish. Thank you again for your trust and your kind words. It would be an honor to welcome you back to Morocco one day and show you even more of its depth and beauty. Warm regards, Abdellatif
Abdellatif was a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We really enjoyed our time with him and he provided a great lunch suggestion. We would recommend for anyone to use him as a guide.
Thank you so much for your kind words ; they put a big smile on my face. It was truly a pleasure spending the day with you and I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed our time together. And I'm glad the lunch spot hit the mark! Your recommendation means a great deal to me word of mouth from happy travelers is the greatest compliment a guide could ever receive. I hope Morocco left you with wonderful memories, and should you ever find yourself back in this beautiful country, it would be my pleasure to show you even more of what it has to offer. You are always welcome. Warm regards, Abdellatif
Mr Ababa, provided an interesting and detailed tour around Casablanca. He explained the history of the city and brought me to the significant sights during this half day tour. He met me at hotel and dropped me back. I would highly recommend for a good overall picture of the city.
Thank you for the great tour today ! I will write a wonderful review for you. Thank you for getting the Rabat tour information, I have made another plan for Saturday now, meeting some of the group Saturday morning to hang around Casablanca for the day. Agian good to meet you and spend the day with me.
We did a full day tour of Casablanca with Mr. Abdellatif. We went to the Hassan II mosque, the Mellah, and multiple Jewish sites. Mr. A was very knowledgeable. We learned about the Amazigh and the ancient Jewish community, as well as the strategic importance of Morocco’s location vis a vis the ancient trade routes/spice routes. He made reservations at an authentic restaurant ( Dar Dada) taking in to consideration that we are vegetarians. We had a wonderful time and we would travel with him again.
Dear Ellen Silverstein and your friends, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. It was a real pleasure showing you Casablanca and sharing the rich layers of its history from the Amazigh roots to the ancient Jewish community and Morocco’s role in the great trade and spice routes of the past. I’m very happy to hear that you enjoyed the visit to the Hassan II Mosque, the Mellah, and the Jewish heritage sites, as well as the meal at Dar Dada. I always do my best to tailor each experience to my guests’ needs, including dietary preferences. I truly appreciate your kind words, and I’m delighted that you had a wonderful day. Warm regards,
We had a fantastic morning guided around in Casablanca by Abdellatif. He had a lot of interesting stories and facts about the city and the places we visited. Our tour was in English and he managed to convey all the information in an easy to understand and interesting fashion. Even though we had a lot of places to cover we never felt rushed or hurried and Abdellatif always found time to answer our questions. We would highly recommend Abdellatif for a tour around Casablanca.
