Ressentez le frisson de rechercher des dauphins, des baleines et d'autres mammifères marins dans leur habitat naturel lors de cette excursion en bateau magique à Fuerteventura. Nos excursions sont respectueuses de l'environnement et nous sommes guidés par un protocole strict dont l'objectif est de prendre soin et de conserver l'environnement de ces spectaculaires mammifères marins. Pour cette raison, lors de cette excursion en bateau à Fuerteventura, vous serez accompagné par du personnel spécialisé dans l'observation des baleines, qui prendra les précautions nécessaires pour ne pas déranger les dauphins et les baleines. Notre guide à bord sera chargé de vous informer sur la vie marine que nous découvrons au cours de ce voyage passionnant et de vous fournir les instructions pour profiter de l'expérience sans interférer avec le bien-être des animaux. Profitez d'une baignade rafraîchissante dans les eaux bleu turquoise de la baie de Jandia. À bord du Magic Dolphin, vous pourrez également prendre un verre. La prise en charge est proposée dans les stations balnéaires de Costa Calma, Esquinzo et Jandía. Malheureusement, le service de prise en charge ne peut pas être proposé dans tous les hôtels. Il existe un certain nombre de points de prise en charge sélectionnés qui se trouvent à moins de 5 minutes à pied de chaque hôtel de la région. Vous recevrez votre heure de prise en charge dans un délai d'environ 12 heures après avoir effectué votre réservation. Assurez-vous de vérifier votre dossier spam ou courrier indésirable au cas où l'e-mail n'apparaîtrait pas dans votre boîte de réception. Si vous n'avez pas besoin de transport, vous devrez être au port de Morro Jable 30 MINUTES AVANT le début de l'excursion en bateau. Did not manage to see dolphins. Tour guide did explain that they are wild animals and not guaranteed to see dolphins which is absoloutely fine. However, it was disheartening that every time I looked up at the female guide, she was looking down at her phone. I am aware they are in contact with other boats passing information of any have seen dolphins etc but it felt that she was not looking to locate sea life as much as she could have done. We know they are wild animals and it is my own fault for getting my hopes up after we had a great boat trip in Gran Canaria last year with great viewings of dolphins. Despite disappointment, staff did appear to be friendly, just feel she could have appeared to be trying more to look out for dolphins.
Fantastic experience, we did not stop for a swim in a harbour because it was quite windy and it was hard to spot anything but the crew was relentless and at the end we saw dolphins and two whales. Special thank you to Adan and Alejo the crew for creating an experience full of good laughs and all their passion for the job.

Very nice outing, our guides Adan and Rut were very attentive and responsive, actively searching for dolphins. The encounter with them was fabulous, magical 😍 We were also able to appreciate the procession of Saint Carmen. Small downside for the swimming spot, not very picturesque.

Wow. What a great trip. We were warned at the start of the trip that there were no guarantees that we'd see anything. Fair enough, these are wild animals who are free to go where they choose. The boat ride itself was great fun, fast but felt safe. In all honesty, I would have been disappointed if we hadn't seen anything but would still have enjoyed being out on the boat. However, we saw: Flying fish Bottlenose dolphins Risso dolphins Pilot whales And a Fin Whale Incredible. Thank you to Adan and Ruth for making it such a great trip.

we are really unhappy! we paid the same price as others and got seats with no view. so it is not possible to see anything while beeing seated. they told us that we can stand up but others will do the same so it jus will be crowded. the crew guy just treated us very unfriendly and bad too and shouted at us why we have a problem. the swimstop never happened and we only were on the boat - no swimming.

On a boat, every seat naturally offers a different perspective depending on its location. This does not mean that a seat has no visibility. Unfortunately, it is impossible for every guest to be seated in the front row. Regarding our crew, they are known for being professional, respectful, and helpful. During this excursion, however, your attitude towards the crew was disrespectful, making the situation difficult. We understand that guests may have concerns, but everyone on board is simply doing their job, and this does not give anyone the right to treat staff disrespectfully. As for the swimming stop, it was cancelled because we encountered dolphins towards the end of the excursion. The guide on board asked all passengers whether they preferred to stop for a swim or continue watching the dolphins and other cetaceans. The group unanimously chose to continue the wildlife observation, as this is a unique opportunity that cannot be guaranteed. We regret that this decision did not match your personal preference, but it was made according to the wishes of the majority of the passengers on board. Kind regards

The tour was well explained from the beginning and also a bit funny. The team that guided us (Nino/Katy) was very good. The tour itself was a lot of fun, with the sightseeing and the swimming break followed by a cold drink.
