Après la prise en charge aux hôtels, nous arriverons à la jetée de Salvador. La visite commence par Ferry Boat à destination de Vera Cruz, située sur l'île d'Itaparica.
En arrivant à Vera Cruz, sur l'île d'Itparica, voyagez en bus pour rejoindre Valença à bord d'un hors-bord qui fera le dernier voyage jusqu'à Morro de São Paulo.
Lorsque vous arrivez sur cette merveilleuse île, vous aurez du temps libre pour vous amuser et découvrir ses cinq plages, notamment en prenant des risques lors de visites facultatives (non incluses), comme la tyrolienne qui va du phare à la première plage avec 340 mètres de long, à partir d'une hauteur de 57 mètres. L'île offre une nature exubérante qui enchante sûrement ses visiteurs, et ses plages ont d'excellentes options pour la baignade et d'excellentes infrastructures. I find it a place to visit yes or yes, it is very nice and the Mood is very fun. There are two beaches with bars, restaurants and businesses, and two more unspoilt beaches with some juice carts and drinks. The experience with this Enterprise was very good, they were very friendly and tried hard to get us to understand them (we do not speak Portuguese). Getting from Salvador de Bahia is difficult, so I recommend leaving everything in their hands. They want you type 5am, you go in a mini bus to the port, there you take a ferry of 1.40hs, then a larger bus of almost 2hs and finally a speedboat. It's a lot of travel, be aware of it because of dizziness or if you don't like so much movement... but we had a barbaric time.

This day trip to Morro de São Paulo from Salvador is absolutely worth it if you're looking for adventure, stunning beaches, and a taste of local culture—all in one day. Be prepared for a full-day journey that includes a mix of ferry, bus, and speedboat rides (each offering its own scenery). The transitions between transportation are well-coordinated, but they do take time, so bring water, sunscreen, and patience for the travel portion. Once you arrive at Morro de São Paulo, it feels like stepping into paradise. You’ll have free time to explore the island at your own pace. We chose to relax on the beach and have lunch at SambaSS, a beachfront restaurant with delicious food, a laid-back vibe, and beautiful views. There are plenty of optional activities like the zipline and boat tours, but even just walking through the village and visiting the beaches was amazing. Each beach has its own vibe—some calm for swimming, others livelier with music and restaurants. Wear comfortable clothes, bring swimwear, and don’t forget cash, as not every place takes cards. The journey is long, but the destination is breathtaking. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bahia!

The beaches are beautiful, it is a charming and very hospitable island, in addition to having incredible restaurants and bars. The tip is to leave well from Salvador, as it takes a few hours to arrive and it is good to check the weather forecast before, because the boats stop with bad weather. Reserve at least 3 days, as there are many points to explore.

I spend a nice relaxing day with the guide Beatrice! She gave me a lot of info, helped me get the medicines in the pharmacy, suggested what else should be seen in Salvador.
