From the first moment we felt very welcomed. Chef Ghita was waiting for us at the meeting point and accompanied us throughout the experience with great kindness. We visited the local market to learn about the fresh ingredients and then we learned to prepare authentic Moroccan dishes step by step. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the riad was beautiful, and the food we cooked was delicious. It was not just a cooking class, but an authentic cultural experience that we recommend to anyone visiting Fez. Thank you very much for everything.

The cooking experience with you was well organized and very enjoyable, as you taught us step by step how to prepare Moroccan dishes in a clear and easy way, guiding us through every stage with helpful tips until we successfully cooked everything ourselves. I didn’t expect this experience to feel so personal and authentic Spending time with Ghita felt more like visiting a friend than joining a cooking class We walked through the old streets, picked fresh ingredients from the market, talked about Moroccan traditions, and cooked together in such a relaxed atmosphere. We had a lovely time learning to cook a Moroccan chicken dish and salads. It was fun to go to the market together and then go back to the riad. We had some trouble connecting in the am and found our own way back via taxi. It would have been nice to get instructions so we can cook the meal at home. Definitely added to our trip to Fez.

I had a fantastic cooking experience with Mouna from Riad Gzira. She finally found me in Place Rcif with the help of two beautiful and friendly local girls that were brunching in the Rcif. First we bought fresh ingredients from the local stalls then walked through the alley ways to Riad Gzira. I was very lucky to have a one on one cooking lesson which felt like home. Mouna was fantastic and made it such an enjoyable experience. The only suggestion I would make is to have a contact number or name of riad where the cooking lesson is to take place to make it easier to find. Other than that Mouna was fantastic and a lot of fun. The chicken tahine was delicious!

I had the best experience with the Royal Morocco, i loved the tour, the food, hear and learn more about Morocco from the right people!! Without doubts i want coming back soon, thank you so much guys for all, you're amazing!!
