The tour operator rescheduled the tour...but Viator charged me in full. I hv booked seversl other tours through Viator but I will never again book a trip neither I will recommend my friends.
Hi Ankor, really sorry about about moving the yesterdays sea kayaking experience to the afternoon. But we are dependant on weather and forecast winds yesterday were too strong in the morning. It would be great to get you back at another time but if that isn't possible please speak with Viator directly for a refund as I'm sure they will be able to arrange a credit or refund. My husband I had a great morning out on the water with Elijah and a small group of fellow tourers. Couldn't have asked for a nicer day, but Elijah was also great. Clearly he loves his job and the local area and was a great guide for the morning. Thanks Elijah and bayplay for taking us out for a wonderful morning, I think we'll be back for the snorkel trip!
