Profitez de cette excursion de 4 heures avec des visites des principaux sites touristiques de la vieille ville. Tout d'abord, visitez la magnifique église byzantine de Sainte-Sophie. Continuez ensuite jusqu'à l'hippodrome, l'ancien centre sportif et politique de Constantinople, puis jusqu'à la Mosquée bleue, avec ses incroyables mosaïques bleues du XVIe siècle. La dernière visite de la matinée a lieu au grand bazar.

La Mosquée Bleue, l'une des plus grandes mosquées d'Istanbul. Datant du 17ème siècle, c'est l'un des principaux ornements de la ligne d'horizon d'Istanbul. Il est également célèbre pour ses carreaux bleus et ses 6 minarets.
Le Grand Bazar, qui, en plus de son importance historique, est un bazar qui saura vous séduire par sa riche collection de précieux tapis faits main, de bijoux, de cuir et de souvenirs. Pendant votre visite, vous visiterez également un magasin de cuir ou de tapis.
Hippodrome, ancien centre des activités sportives et politiques de Constantinople. Pendant la visite, vous pourrez voir l’obélisque d’Egypte, la colonne serpentine de Delphes et la fontaine de Willhelm II.
Sainte-Sophie, l'une des plus magnifiques églises byzantines, a été nommée la 8ème merveille du monde par de nombreux historiens.

- Comme Sainte-Sophie n'est plus un musée (elle a été transformée en mosquée), les guides touristiques n'ont pas de priorité / offre coupe-file là-bas.

- Informations importantes concernant les travaux de restauration de la mosquée Sainte-Sophie : Un vaste projet de restauration est actuellement en cours à la mosquée Sainte-Sophie pour améliorer sa résistance aux tremblements de terre. Dans le cadre du projet, le dôme principal est renforcé et une structure de protection temporaire en acier est en cours d'installation. La restauration devrait durer environ 3 à 5 ans. Pendant cette période, la mosquée restera ouverte aux visiteurs, et ceux-ci continueront à avoir accès aux mosaïques historiques.

Our tour was delayed almost an hour due to change in guide. Then when called they changed the pick up location and we couldn't find it. We needed to use a local stranger to interpret for us to find our driver Very Stressful!

They didn’t tell us where at the part we should meet. It’s a huge port. We waited where the busses pick up but finally we got instructions to meet outside the port. The guide however was excellent.

Normally, your original guide would have met you and directed you clearly on where to go, but due to the unfortunate accident that morning, we had to make an urgent change to ensure your tour could still take place. Our tour turned into a private tour as we were the only guests. How lucky we were! Fatma met us at our hotel as scheduled. We hopped on the tram to Hagia Sophia. Tapped on with our credit cards and off we went. The three major stops, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Hippodrome were all in the same general area. Fatma was knowledgeable about the locations. We walked to the Spice Market and spent about 30 minutes there. That was enough time to make a few purchases. Don't hesitate to ask for a better price on whatever you are looking at. Or just keep walking. She escorted us back to our hotel on the tram and wished us a great vacation. We would highly recommend this excursion.

The hotel pickup worked perfectly and the guide was very friendly and competent. The tour was very nice overall and we got a lot of information. The hippodrome was not so great now because you can't see anything more hippodrome. The highlight is Hagia Sophia. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along, it rained.

Informative guide. Was able to see more than if we had gone by ourselves. Would recommend to visitors to learn about Istanbul.
We took this tour on a Sunday but the booking failed to mention that the Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays, so this part of the tour was excluded even though we were charged the full price. This is the reason I’m giving it an average rating. That aside, the other stops were well worth it and our guide Ali was personable and helpful. I recommend this tour if you want something that won’t take up your entire day while still allowing you to see some notable Istanbul landmarks. Just don’t take it on a Sunday!
Not delivered as promised - no transport provided - ended up as a walking tour - 30 mins to another hotel to pick up another elderly couple - added extra sites to visit and chopped others other to suit the guide - then abandoned us half way through the morning to make our our way to the Grand Bazaar because the guide didn't want to go there
Our tour, by luck, turned into a private tour. The transport was clean and professional, and our guide was delightful. Her knowledge of the history and art in the Hagia Sophia was thorough and interesting, and she gave us a good heads up as to what to look at in the Grand Bazaar. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful experience we had, Ali was attentive and knowledgable. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best out of all the attractions, whilst keeping the expected elements such as queuing to a minimum. This tour gave us the maximum enjoyment for the limited time we had in Istanbul, we cannot recommend this excursion highly enough.
