Excursion matinale à Daintree avec croisière fluviale au départ de Port Douglas
Description
C'est une excellente excursion pour ceux qui ne veulent passer qu'une demi-journée ou qui manquent de temps. Nous visitons deux zones lors de ce voyage, Daintree River et Mossman Gorge. Nous commençons par une promenade le long de la Captain Cook Highway, sur le chemin de la rivière Daintree, et partageons un peu d'histoire en cours de route. Ici, nous embarquons pour une croisière le long de la rivière Daintree, à la recherche de la faune locale, notamment le crocodile estuarien, les serpents, les oiseaux, les grenouilles, etc. Après la croisière sur la faune, nous apprécions le thé du matin avec des Lamingtons et du thé / café. Une fois dans le parc national de Mossman Gorge, nous effectuons une promenade d'interprétation le long d'une promenade surélevée. En fonction de la météo, nous pouvons profiter d'un plongeon dans le ruisseau cristallin de la forêt tropicale, tout en étant entouré par la magnifique et curative forêt tropicale de Mossman Gorge. Quelle façon mémorable de passer votre matinée !

Vous embarquerez pour une croisière le long de la rivière Daintree, à la recherche de toutes sortes de créatures, notamment le crocodile estuarien, les serpents, les oiseaux, les grenouilles, etc.
Nous arrivons à Mossman Gorge, qui est la partie sud de la forêt tropicale de Daintree. Votre guide vous emmènera en promenade et partagera ses connaissances sur la faune et la flore locales et répondra à toutes vos questions. Il s'agit d'une marche aller-retour facile de 500 m, principalement le long de promenades. Vous pouvez profiter d'une baignade dans le ruisseau cristallin de la forêt tropicale, qui peut être assez rafraîchissant, tout en étant entouré par la magnifique et curative forêt tropicale de Mossman Gorge. Quelle belle façon de passer une matinée!

Informations de ramassage Nous assurons la prise en charge directement depuis votre hébergement à Port Douglas. Sinon, vous pouvez nous rencontrer à Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas ou Club Mossman. Veuillez sélectionner votre lieu de prise en charge préféré lors de la réservation, ou contactez-nous au moins 24 heures avant votre visite si vous avez besoin de mettre à jour vos coordonnées. Les ramassages commencent dans le CBD de Port Douglas à partir de 7h25. Soyez prêt à l'extérieur de votre logement à ce moment-là. Selon notre horaire, nous pouvons arriver quelques minutes plus tard chez vous. Important : Nous ne proposons pas de prise en charge depuis Cairns.

Great tour all around. Our driver Peer was very knowledgeable and thorough. The river tour was all about finding crocodiles then we had coffee and tea. The final part was the national park and a lovely swim near waterfalls.

Picked up at hotel. James was great. Kept us on schedule and provided good information about plants, geology, wildlife. Our Croc experience was exceptional, Chris was knowledgeable and hilarious. Saw juveniles and “Scar Face” up close and personal. He also kept an eye on the weather keeping us out of an incoming squall. This was a 1/2 day trip which, thanks to James and Chris was a wonderful experience of the Daintree.

We had an absolutely fantastic day on the Daintree and Mosman Gorge tour from Port Douglas. Our tour guide was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and engaging throughout the entire trip. He taught us so much about the geology and history of the rainforest, crocodiles, Aboriginal culture and the local wildlife. The crocodile river cruise was unforgettable we saw 8 crocodiles ranging from tiny 3-month-old babies to enormous adults over 80 years old. Seeing Scar, who was over 5 metres long, was definitely a highlight! What really made the tour special was the humour and personality of the guides. They brought the whole experience to life with their wit, storytelling and amazing sense of humour while still being informative and professional. The scenery was breathtaking and the whole day was organised brilliantly. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Port Douglas.
