Absolutely loved it! What a great spot!!! We had so much fun and the cocktails the bar staff created were amazing! 10/10 would recommend

We visited as a group of 11, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. While the actors and most staff were friendly, the 'Outlaw' package felt like poor value; the sweets provided were equivalent to tiny snack-sized bags of haribo. The biggest issue was the drink service. Despite bringing 3/4 types of alcohol to suit our group’s tastes, the staff didn't ask for our alcohol preferences. They served everyone the same vodka-based drink, even though some of us cannot drink vodka. When we raised this, the server was visibly annoyed. While another staff member eventually stepped in to fix some of the drinks, the mixers remained a problem. We requested sweet and fruity, but received sour, pre-mixed juices that became increasingly undrinkable as the night went on. Most of our group ended up giving their drinks away. Given the ticket price, I wouldn't recommend this experience as it simply wasn't worth the cost.

My friend booked this country experience expecting an enjoyable evening. The whole thing felt like we were there as an inconvenience than guests. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it clear we were more of an inconvenience than guests. Arrived to be welcomed by rude door staff and then were made to feel like school children by the entertainment staff that greeted us. Activities that were advertised as enjoyable and engaging felt rushed, especially at the end when we were more or less rushed out of the door It’s a shame, because the setting itself had potential. Unfortunately, the rude and unprofessional behavior completely overshadowed any charm the experience might have had. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a laugh with friends as you’ll be told off if you speak!

what a fab afternoon. definitely would go again, the cocktails were amazing and the actors really made you feel you were part of the story. A great way to spend a couple of hours

WOW! Went for a friends surprise birthday in the afternoon it was brilliant I can not recommend this experience enough I have been lucky to go twice with 2 different groups of friends and both have been absolutely fabulous. The actors are just amazing including everyone in the show, the cocktail makers are truly brilliant we had the nicest cocktails. Lots of laughs. We had 3 cocktails each we felt ready for 1 more but other than that it was outstanding. A must visit!

We had a brilliant time here for my mums birthday over the weekend. Really accommodating for groups, the actors were fantastic and the cocktails some of the best we’d ever had! They strike a perfect balance between playing out the story and allowing you to chit chat and enjoy the ambience. I would encourage anyone to book - you won’t be disappointed!

It was okay, but we never had the 3 drinks from the bottle of alcohol we brought like it said. We only got two, so a bit disappointing, the two drinks we did get were good but were delivered very quickly, then nothing! No third drink so a swizz, a bit overpriced anyway, so just okay as an experience. My advice is to get the cheapest ticket and hope for the best.

Lousy service everything was fake, it's not what they sell, what they explain, they contradict the host with the waiters have a very bad night

The front of house person was very miserable, unwilling to have any form of conversation and clearly hated their job. The actors made good attempts at an American acccent and tried to give the guests a good experience. However, it was giving money laundering. The drinks were good, but if you have to bring your own alcohol you may as well stay at home and save on the extortionate entry fee (£45!!!!)

Excellent experience, actors were amazing only thing that let it down was one member of staff wasn’t in costume which spoilt the atmosphere a little.
