Profitez d'une vue panoramique sur les déserts du Maroc et les contreforts de l'Atlas lors d'un tour en montgolfière au lever du soleil depuis Marrakech. Montez à l'endroit de lancement au petit matin et dérivez dans le ciel à l'aube au-dessus des vallées désertiques et des collines. Ensuite, atterrissez à terre en toute sécurité pour déguster un savoureux Petit-déjeuner berbère. Un certificat de vol pour commémorer votre vol en montgolfière est également inclus.
Levez-vous tôt et quittez votre hôtel de Marrakech avec votre Guide. Détendez-vous à l'intérieur du véhicule climatisé pendant que vous vous rendez au site de lancement à temps pour votre vol en montgolfière. À votre arrivée, boostez votre énergie avec des pâtisseries, du thé et du café et regardez votre équipage expérimenté préparer votre ballon. Montez dans le panier spacieux pour le décollage. et il y a amplement de place pour vous de voir confortablement pendant que vous volez. Enthousiasmez-vous lorsque votre ballon s'élève dans les cieux et admirez les vues aériennes du désert lorsque vous flottez dans les airs. Prenez des photos des vallées rocheuses et des sommets pendant que votre pilote dirige votre ballon au-dessus des contreforts des montagnes de l'Atlas. Prenez place dans une tente surplombant les montagnes et savourez un délicieux Petit-déjeuner de produits de base berbères tels que du pain de maïs, des crêpes, des olives, des fruits frais, et du thé à la menthe. This was a wonderful experience in the air with other people. We booked a semi-private flight which is up to 15 passengers plus the pilot. The basket is fairly large so there's room for everyone. The basket is divided into 4 quarters with the pilot in the middle. There was a bit of difficulty getting into the basket as you have to use 2 footholds carved into sides of the basket. We're not very nimble any longer but we got help to get in and out. The flight was smooth and serene. A sunrise flight is probably best even though we left the ground around 8am and the sun was already up. We got some refreshment before and a good Berber breakfast after the flight. The organization 'Marrakesh by Air' is professional with lots of ground crew. They are missing out on some money making timing. I would have bought a t-shirt for sure but there was nothing to buy. Awesome experience... Hospitality and transpo were great. Balloon was incredible. A little hard on old knees for take off and landing position.. Didn't feel crowded.
At sunrise, it was magnificent! A lot of people even though the announcement said semi-private. The atmosphere was still very pleasant
The balloon ride itself is very good; great views, tranquil and our pilot was very informative and knowledgeable. Inside the balloon you will be in one of four sections allocated for passengers with the pilot in their own middle section. I would suggest that each section holds no more than 4 adults comfortably. Safety was very clearly the most important thing for the organisers with impressive ground support teams making it all run smoothly. BUT....and it is a big BUT....you should be aware of how the trips are run. Firstly, if you have a 6:30am trip you will NOT see the sunrise....you will be on a later flight with sun already up. You need to be selecting a pick up as early as 4:30am for a sunrise flight. Second, there are a lot of offers for the balloon trips and these all seem to be from operators who run people from Marrakech to the balloon site. They seem to charge different fees and our 'semi private' excursion just meant a pick up in a smaller 4x4 rather than the usual minibus. Third, be aware that on arrival at the site there will already be a lot of other tourists also waiting for their balloon ride. There are many balloons and although it is all well organised you are very much another traveller on the production line waiting your turn. This is fine IF it is all explained and you are kept informed of the process. We weren't and it was a bit confusing and concerning at times. At one point we were instructed to get back into the 4x4 to head to a balloon but then had to get back out to make up the numbers on a different balloon without being advised what was going on...we just had to work it out and go with the flow of not knowing. Such a simple thing for the organisers to fix....just talk to the passengers and keep them informed....we don't bite! Lastly, you are met at the start with a fresh croissant and drink. After the ride there is a 'Berber breakfast' a lot of bread, cold hard boiled egg and some olives. Okay although it is all left in the open waiting for the next batch of passengers to arrive so it is exposed to flies and the heat.

A very nice experience. Despite the terrible weather, everything went safely and well. The driver went out of his way to drive us through the mud. And Captain Noor was a wonderful, sweet airwoman. We had a great time.
Terrible do not waste your time. Picked up 5.30am, waited around till 9am only for the ride to be cancelled. Lots of other companies had balloons in the air but Marrakech by air were very disorganised, poor communication and awful service.

However, we would like to clarify an important point: the cancellation of your flight was strictly due to safety considerations, not organization or service quality. Hot air ballooning is entirely dependent on weather conditions, and safety decisions are made by our experienced pilots on-site. If conditions are not deemed safe, we will always cancel the flight—regardless of whether other operators choose to proceed. We do not take risks when it comes to our passengers’ safety. While it may have appeared that some balloons were flying, only a very limited number of operators were able to take off under specific conditions. Each company operates under its own safety standards, and ours are deliberately strict. We understand how disappointing this situation is, especially after an early start, and we did inform all guests as soon as the final safety decision was made. However, describing this as disorganization is not an accurate reflection of what happened. Your safety is, and will always remain, our top priority.
Highly recommemd this tour. Very well organised. Great communication regarding pick up. Kids loved it. The trip was an adventure from beginning to end. Heading out in the dark with a pre-balloon ride coffee and croissant around the campfire in the dark was very exciting. Next was the balloon ride itself which was incredible, so beautiful to see all the balloons rising up in the sky as the sun came up. Our pilot Layla was very funny. After the ride we had a traditonal breakfast in a Berber tent. Such a spread! Great value for money. Would love to do it all again.
A fantastic experience on time in the pickup and good communication by wassapp breakfasts are for all tours at once but have it very well organized the balloon flight very enjoyable
