The tour is wonderful and everything is organized. Unfortunately on the eve I received a message that the group with the least number of people and Spanish language that had acquired and paid the most for it, would not leave and they offered me a refund or make the tour with 40% more people and in a language that I do not understand anything. This way I can't give maximum score.

There was no walk. We went to Cappadocia for this tour, however, informed that there would be the tour only a few hours before. The cancellation is made by the Government, however, should inform much earlier since currently there is a possibility of weather forecast in advance.

Allow us to explain the cancellation process for balloon flights in Cappadocia, for you and for future travelers: — When weather conditions are clearly unfavorable, cancellations are communicated the night before, giving travelers the chance to adjust their plans in advance. — However, in many cases conditions are borderline: wind direction and intensity can shift in the early morning hours. In those cases, the final decision can only be made in the morning by the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA/SHGM), based on specific measurements of altitude-level wind, visibility, and wind shear, parameters that general weather forecasts do not assess. — As licensed operators, we are legally bound to follow DGCA's official decision. Flying without that authorization would be a serious aviation safety violation. We understand your frustration and truly regret the flight could not take place. The decision made on the morning of the flight is always the most responsible one when safety is uncertain, a cancellation made far in advance, based on early forecasts, could actually cancel flights that would have been perfectly safe to operate.
