ARRIVÉE – ACCUEIL À L'AÉROPORT La prise en charge à l'aéroport se fait à l'extérieur. Après avoir passé l'immigration et les douanes, sortez dans la zone d'arrivée. Utilisez la première porte à droite au bureau d'information pour sortir du terminal. Une fois dehors, tournez à droite et dirigez-vous vers les toilettes. Notre hôte se tiendra derrière la barricade avec une pancarte indiquant ISLAND TRANSFER AND TOURS (Ne cherchez pas votre nom). Une fois que vous avez identifié le greeter, présentez-lui votre billet et il vous accompagnera jusqu'à votre trajet. TRANSFERT DEPART/RETOUR - RAMASSAGE A L'HOTEL La prise en charge à l'hôtel est prévue 2,5 heures avant l'heure de départ que vous avez indiquée sur votre réservation. Un message sera envoyé via votre réservation avec votre heure de prise en charge exacte. Le jour de votre départ, veuillez vérifier et être prêt au moins 10 minutes avant cette heure. Rencontrez votre chauffeur à l'entrée du hall principal comme indiqué sur votre réservation. Les chauffeurs ne peuvent attendre que 10 minutes après l'heure de prise en charge indiquée.

Smooth process throughout the entire experience. Representative was right outside the airport on the location that we were told to meet him. He called the driver who came on 5 mins and helped to load our bags. Driver nest Howard was great and got us to the resort safely. We highly recommend.
