Cette expérience est construite autour de quelque chose que la plupart des visiteurs de Modène ne peuvent jamais voir. Vous entrerez dans une acétaïa familiale traditionnelle de Modène, fermée au public, et dégusterez un authentique vinaigre balsamique de plus de 25 ans, en apprenant comment cet « or noir » est vraiment fabriqué. De là, vous explorerez Modène à travers ses traditions alimentaires, rencontrerez des vendeurs locaux et découvrirez les histoires derrière Parmigiano Reggiano et tigelle. Vous vous promènerez à travers le marché historique d'Albinelli avec une perspective locale, en voyant au-delà des étals et en comprenant comment fonctionne la culture alimentaire quotidienne des Modènes. En chemin, vous découvrirez de petites traditions et des habitudes locales surprenantes, comme le fritto au gnocco dégusté avec du cappuccino, que la plupart des visiteurs ne remarquent jamais. Avec un maximum de 8 invités, vous vivrez une expérience plus personnelle, avec du temps pour poser des questions et entrer en contact directement avec les personnes derrière la nourriture. Dans notre tour de cuisine à pied, nous explorons tous nos points forts locaux préférés de Modène. Le lieu de rendez-vous de notre visite est la magnifique Piazza Grande, à côté de Piedra Ringadora C'est idéal pour arriver tôt et explorer la Piazza avant le début de la visite :)
Nous nous arrêtons au marché alimentaire Albinelli pour fondre avec les habitants et déguster différents fromages vieillis Parmigiano Reggiano
Dans notre tour à Modène, nous passons à côté de la tour la plus célèbre de la ville, la Ghirlandina

Loredana was a very charming and experienced guide. Lots of tasty food stops and at pretty slow pace on a hot day in Modena. Market, cafe, balsemica shop and a gelati shop. Loredana was very kind and caring for all the people in our group including two small children.
