Our guide was absolutely fantastic! He friendly, knowledgeable, and well-organized throughout the trip. The bus was punctual and precise, it made several stops but there was only 1 bathroom on the bus and it was out of order. The guide spoke in English and I would have liked headphones like hop hop. Overall pleasant. The majestic waterfalls!

The guide helped us very well, was very friendly, and was very empathetic. Gave us a very good tip. I took a trip alone with my two-year-old child and was always helped with our stroller.

I had an amazing visit to Niagara Falls! The tour lasted about 9 hours and was very well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Haroon, was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. We did both the boat tour and the Behind the Falls tour, and they were absolutely unforgettable, getting that close to the falls was breathtaking. The ride to Niagara Falls was smooth and comfortable. The bus was full, but the crowd felt just right, not too large and not too small, so it never felt overwhelming. We also went chocolate and maple syrup tasting at no extra cost. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
