The driver was very courteous and right where he was supposed to be when we arrived. The van was very comfortable and accommodated four passengers and luggage.

Our driver was Avdo Asanivic and he was an angel!! He was prompt, friendly and professional! Went back to pick up my parents and assisted with lost luggage. Went above and beyond! So impressed!!!

<p>Complete rip off and unreliable service.<br/> We have used similar services for our family, and never had experience as poor as with this one. The service is unreliable - no one will try to contact you with any confirmation, and contacting them is nearly impossible. <br/> Furthermore, it is somehow your own fault if you sat on tarmac or up in the air - with airline restrictions on phone usage! - if the driver decided to leave the airport withing an hour from when the flight was scheduled to land ORIGINALLY, that is, at time you had to put in the form during booking. <br/> If your plane did not land on time, they will not wait for you the 60 said minutes, they will be gone. <br/> In this era of information technology, an 80-year old grandma knows how to check if a flight is being delayed BEFORE heading out to pick someone up from the airport. It is crazy to see a supposedly professional service to NOT do this. Unfortunately, we also had a return to airport trip booked with these guys. No matter how we tried, days ahead and spending our on roaming phone fees, we could not get in touch with them to find out what time they will be at our hotel, to make our flight out of Stockholm. <br/> Finally, as we were about to give up and call for a cab, someone called my phone, and said a semi-rude where were you?! Driver did not see you by the hotel! <br/> So we rushed down, and finally got our ride. BTW, nothing Luxury - regular clean-ish van, nothing special for the ridiculous price. We were greeted at our next city airport by a very courteous driver, even with a care package of water and snacks for kids and us, in comparison - a 100% better service and deal than this one. <br/> We got no refund, or acknowledgement of this faux pa by someone who claims to be a serious, professional, and luxury service. We are not luxury and very picky family, but we expect what we pay for to be on the level. This is not, and by far. You will be better off getting ripped off by a local cab driver at the airport, than buy this service. Do not book this.</p>

<p>Excellent service our flight was delayed then bags delayed but no problem our drive was there waiting and wisked us off to or hotel. I would use again. Highly recommend</p>

<p>Our driver was waiting on us when we arrived , helped us with our bags and quickly got us to our hotel in the heart of Gamlastan. Couldn't have been better.</p>

<p>Our driver was very courteous, gave us a short overview of Stockholm on the way in and the drive was comfortable. After a long flight, it's great to have a driver waiting for you to take you to your hotel. We used the same service three weeks later when we flew out of Stockholm and the driver was right on time picking us up at a residence that we rented in the city center. I would definitely recommend this service.</p>

<p>Our driver did a fine job getting us quickly and safely to our hotel in the heart of Stockholm from the international airport. The luxury van was quite spacious and very comfortable for the four of us and all of our luggage.</p>

<p>So appreciative of this driver! We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt due to additional airport screening procedures. I tried calling the contact number provided and immediately was in touch with the provider, but they connected me with an operator that spoke some form of Spanish Portuguese three times. I realized that there is no Viator contact number, just email contact.. The last number provided in an emergency was for the driver directly. I contacted the driver by phone enroute to the airport on the first try, and he contacted his company re change of plans. He was waiting for our party when we landed, and had us to the hotel within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company. The car is new and clean, and comfortably transported 3 passengers with extra large suitcases plus numerous carry ons. Our drivers was very pleasant and provided an orientation to the sites of Stockholm as we drove in.</p>
