Very overrated. The place is very small and too many people. At the end you get good food but only few managed to make pasta from scratch.

The instructions provided were not very clear, and I feel like I need to ask more questions in order to fully understand the rationale behind why I was instructed to do it in that particular way.

We were so excited to be in Italy and take a pasta making class. Vittorio and Letizia were wonderful! They were so welcoming and so accommodating with our food restrictions. We learned so much about pasta making as well as our new favorite aperitif martini royale Bianco! Vittorio sent us a pdf of the recipes we made as well as other recipes to try. Have made pasta since coming back home and so happy to have learned a new skill. I’ve been recommending this course to my friends! A definite must do!

Our pasta making class was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun and learned to make incredible pasta, thanks to our very skilled and fabulous chef. This is a must-do activity. It really made our trip to Milan special.

Wow! What an evening, from learning a fantastic new skill to sipping on beautiful cocktails! We all had a fantastic night with plenty of hilarity and fun! I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn a new skill in a relaxed and inviting environment!

This was one of our best highlights in our trip to Italy. Chef Vittorio was delightful, welcoming host, and a masterful teacher in the art of homemade pasta preparation. The food prepared by us in his well organized kitchen was delicious. He was patient, professional, pleasant, entertaining, and knowledgeable. He made certain that each one of us had hands on individual experience in making pasta from start to end. We each had a station and all the ingredients to make two kinds of pasta. Our family of four (two teenagers) enjoyed his instruction and came away with an increased appreciation and skill in homemade pasta production. It was absolutely our favorite part of our trip to Milan. I would definitely recommend this activity and give it more than 5 stars if possible. Many thanks for a wonderful time.

We had a blast with Vittorio and Letizia. It was a fun and informative “class” with delicious pasta making. They both made it seem so easy and we are excited to make some of this when we get back to the USA! If any of our friends are planing a trip to Milan, we will definitely recommend this class to them. My boyfriend and I had the absolute best time learning how to make pasta from Chef Vittorio! The pasta and sauces tasted incredible! Vittorio is not only a great teacher, but also very fun and personable. If you’re in Milan you have to take this pasta making class, you will not regret it!! Vittorio also emails a pdf of the recipes and steps to recreate everything at home. I just returned home from my trip and already am looking forward to recreating the pastas we made for my friends and family! :)

My family and I had the best experience making pasta with Chef Mari! Vittorio was amazing at communicating and paying attention to every detail. We had a wonderful evening and the pasta was absolutely delicious!

Vittorio and Letizia conducted a two hour pasta making class for our family of four. Our two teenage children (16, 18) found it very entertaining, while working with pasta tools and appliances. My spouse found it very informative, including Vittorio’s tips on how to make the best pizza crust at home (we did not make pizza, but they offer the class if you wish). We made two pastas. Meal One - A sofritto-meat red sauce with fettuccini noodles. Meal Two - Sage and butter sauce with stuffed pastas. We rolled from scratch - cappelletti, tortellini and star shaped dumplings with pre-made sausage filling. Recipes were shared via email. Both meals were served with white or red wine. Sodas also offered. Pizzaskill created a very inviting and hospitable atmosphere for us to enjoy this cultural tradition. It was a memorable and fun family team building exercise.
